You can outsource anything. The key is to keep spending time only on the things you absolutely bring unique value over anyone else at that moment. And then you look for people that can narrow your activity further.
I used to think recruiters were stupid.

I was 100% wrong.
Insane value in:
1. Delegating and incentivizing someone else to solve the problem
2. Saves 1-2 hrs per candidate of your valuable time (screening)
