खाजगी क्षेत्रातील नोकरदारांसाठी केंद्र सरकारनं घेतला 'हा' निर्णय . . खाजगी क्षेत्रातील नोकरदारांसाठी केंद्र सरकारच्या नवीन कामगार कायद्यामध्ये एक अत्यंत महत्त्वाचा बदल करण्यात आला आहे. नवीन नियमांनुसार कंपन्या आता कर्मचाऱ्यांना आठवड्यातून ४ दिवस काम आणि ३ दिवस सुट्टी (4-Day Work Week) देण्याचा पर्याय निवडू शकतात. मात्र, यासाठी आठवड्याचे एकूण ४८ तास काम पूर्ण करण्याची अट असेल, म्हणजेच कर्मचाऱ्यांना दिवसाला १२ तास काम करावे लागेल. हा नियम प्रामुख्याने आयटी, आयटीईएस, मार्केटिंग आणि वर्क फ्रॉम होम असलेल्या क्षेत्रांसाठी फायदेशीर ठरू शकतो. विशेष म्हणजे, हा नियम सर्व कंपन्यांवर बंधनकारक नसून कंपनी आणि कर्मचारी या दोघांच्या परस्पर संमतीनेच लागू केला जाऊ शकतो. Under the government's New Labour Code, private sector companies can now implement a **4-day work week** model, offering employees a 3-day weekly off. However, this comes with a condition where the mandatory **48-hour weekly work limit** must be met, effectively translating into 12-hour workdays. This flexible model is highly suitable for IT, ITES, marketing, and sectors with remote-working options.
