Single Arm Tricep Pushdown
1️⃣ Stand facing the cable machine
Grab the handle with one
hand using an overhand
grip (palm facing down).
2️⃣ While keeping your upper
arm stationary, exhale and
extend your forearm by
pushing the handle down
until your arm is fully extended.
3️⃣ Ensure that you fully
contract your tricep
muscle at the bottom
of the movement.
4️⃣ In a controlled manner,
inhale and slowly allow
your forearm to return
to the starting position.
