I have spent this past week completing the APMG Change Management, foundation and practitioner course. Although it was a heavy week it was a fabulous course. I have now achieved my first internationally recognised qualification in change managementšš #civilservicelearning

7. This, by @jamestplunkett, was one of the more hopeful things I've read about policy this year. Lots of thoughtful ideas that go beyond the tired debates that we keep having and beyond traditional political dichotomies.

Busting the Myth of Future Proofing today. Thereās lots we do know & lots we can do better, but acknowledging the limitations of the possible & working within them is crucial for successful #policy making.

One irony of course being that design research originally saw design thinking as a tacit competency or disposition expert designers developed with practice, *not* a rational step-by-step process b/c the wicked problems design tames defy rational linear processes.
