The Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission @ColoradoECMC is in the process of creating Cumulative Impacts Rules for the #OilandGasIndustry. I presented my suggestions for rule changes on SEP 5th and am participating in the rulemaking till the end of September. Cumulative Impacts are very important because they are the combined effects of current and past anthropogenic actions on the environment and how these actions affect the health and well-being of people in a community.
