GROMEN: US RAN OUT OF MISSILES: THE REAL REASON FOR CEASEFIRE While the public narrative spins diplomacy and optics, the real story is far simpler and far more brutal. The United States and Israel burned through interceptor missiles faster than Iran could fire its offensive arsenal. The war ended not because of strategy or talks — it ended because America literally ran out of the critical components needed to keep fighting. THE CRITICAL SHORTAGE ➡️ China quietly cut off exports of rare earths and other vital materials essential for advanced missile production. ➡️ US and Israeli interceptor stocks depleted at a shocking rate while Iran’s supplies held steady. ➡️ Without those components, replenishment became physically impossible in any realistic timeframe. THE STRATEGIC CHECKMATE ➡️ Iran never needed battlefield victories — just survival and a closed Strait of Hormuz. ➡️ That single constraint exposed America’s fatal dependence on Chinese supply chains. ➡️ The moment rare earths stopped flowing, the math of sustained war collapsed. THE COMPLACENCY COLLAPSE ➡️ Decades of offshoring left the US defense base unable to produce what it needs in a real conflict. ➡️ You cannot fight a modern war when your adversary controls the factory. ➡️ Physical reality overruled every financial or political fantasy. THE BOTTOM LINE The Iran war didn’t end because of brilliant diplomacy or tactical wins. It ended because the US ran out of critical components and could no longer continue. China held the short hairs all along. HT: YOUTUBE misesmedia @LukeGromen #ChinaRareEarths #MissileShortage #IranWarOver #USVulnerability #CriticalComponents #StrategicDefeat #SupplyChainWar

A Critical Allegation in the Indictment: Were the VillasTransferred Free of Charge?   A particularly notable case file stands out in the indictmenttitled the “Ekrem İmamoğlu Profit-Driven CriminalOrganization” prepared by the Istanbul Chief PublicProsecutor’s Office.   According to the indictment, Nuhoğlu Construction Companywhich had been experiencing significant financial difficultiessince declaring concordat in 2018 expanded once again duringthis period through public tenders awarded to companiesaffiliated with it. The documents highlight a particularly notable step taken in 2021.   In the same year, Güllüce Agriculture Company establishedby Ali Nuhoğlu and purchased the villas mentioned in theindictment shortly after its formation. According to the records, the total price was 31 million TRY. The indictment alleges that the funds used for the purchase of these villas originated from advance payments made by Kiptaşwhich is an affiliate company of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality to İstcon Company which is described as beingaffiliated with Nuhoğlu.   The process reached a critical stage on 7 March 2024. Güllüce Agriculture Company was transferred to İmamoğlu Construction together with all the real estate assets it owned, for 15 million TRY. The indictment alleges that this transfer was “in effect free of charge”.   The statement that altered the course of the case is dated 1 June 2025. In his testimony to the prosecution, Ali Nuhoğlu claims thatthe process concerning the purchase and transfer of the villaswas, according to his account, carried out under theinstructions of Ekrem İmamoğlu. He further alleges that Tuncay Yılmaz who identified as theindividual managing the process on behalf of İmamoğlu Construction Company oversaw the transactions.   All of these statements constitute one of the most criticalcomponents of the allegations presented in the indictmentprepared by the prosecutor’s office.

The anticipated market cap, based on the highest price, will be Rs. 4002.35 crore. The IPO is managed by Axis Capital Ltd., BNP Paribas, and Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd., with Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. as the registrar. Historically, shares were issued at par and later at Rs. 23 in 2008, with promoters' average cost of acquisition varying significantly. Merchant Banker’s Track Record: The BRLMs have a mixed record, with 16 out of 61 public issues in the last three years closing below the offer price on listing, which investors should note for risk assessment. Conclusion/Investment StrategyCarraro India Ltd is well-positioned as a niche provider of critical components for agriculture, construction, and off-highway vehicles. While the IPO seems priced on the higher side based on recent earnings, the company's consistent growth and specialized market could justify a long-term investment for well-informed investors. Moderate investment for long-term holding might be advisable, giving room for the company to prove its valuation through future performance. #IPO #InvestmentStrategy #FinancialPerformance #CapitalHistory #DividendPolicy #MerchantBankerTrackRecord #ListedPeers #AgricultureConstructionVehicles #CriticalComponents #Tier11Solutions #OffHighwayVehicles #LongTermInvestment
