I've been building quietly for a while now. This is what it looks like so far. What started as a multi-tenant AI chatbot is evolving into something I didn't fully anticipate — an enterprise AI platform with a proper data connectivity layer underneath it. The architecture in the image took months of iteration, failure, rethinking, and rebuilding. Here's what it does: 🔹 Control plane — tenant isolation, identity, and a full audit trail on every action 🔹 Intelligence layer — multi-agent workflows, RAG pipeline, LLM orchestration with fallback routing 🔹 Connectivity layer — MCP tool registry with entitlement checks, schema discovery agent, and secure connectors for Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, REST APIs and more 🔹 Enterprise data sources — client databases, ERP systems, document stores — queried in place, never copied, never stored The part I'm most proud of isn't the AI. It's the connector architecture. Enterprise clients — banks, construction firms, telecoms — have decades of data locked inside Oracle, Primavera P6, SAP. They can't move it. They won't move it. And they shouldn't have to. So instead of asking them to migrate, we connect to where their data already lives. Read-only. TLS encrypted. Every query audit-logged. Human-approved field mapping before a single row is touched. That's the real problem worth solving. Not another chatbot.
