I assume criminal conduct would fall outside the course and scope of their duties and constitute a violation of its policies and procedures, and given the egregiousness of their crimes, @DallasPD (having been notified) would have terminated the bad-apples by now, but nope. Even appointing SGT Graves, previously indicted for official oppression long before officially oppressing me, to run the Department’s New Drone-Thing. Because it’s not totally foreseeable that he could abuse it, given he has proven to have engaged in questionable and concerning conduct directly pertaining to moral turpitude. Respectfully submitted, @chicjustice
@DallasPD has Gun Awareness Day. Where is Elder Abuse Awareness Anything? Also, politely pointing out that @DallasPD may want to consider renaming its “Torch” Run. Because T.O.R.C.H is the Acronym used for Texas Organization (of/for) Residential Care Homes.

Replying to @WebUndefeated
It gets even more interesting when HOA is like “We Cool” while @DallasPD is like “No. We Ain’t.” And proceeds to send their buds from @dallascitycode to attach a Lien on your Parents’ house after you watched and filmed @DallasSanitation skipping their house. Oops. So Third Watch.

I encourage anyone to look into these super suspicious set of circumstances… Can we make sure these homes are not auctioned off to @BukekileD to enable her to open and operate more unlicensed group homes? @caraathome @LoriBrownFox4 @FOX4 @DallasPD @dallascitycode @dallaslibrary @melisandrePro @cost_of_bums @dallas_observer @SeniorNewspaper @tdlrlicense

DART bought the homes, because the homeowners complained construction of the rail line was causing damage to their homes. So one home was demolished. The other two homes are just sitting there. Now they have for sale signs. DART is selling them.

Do NOT tell @DallasPD that we know that they know.

They sold it at auction. Or gave it to Angel, which was an alias used by Buhle Dube on Nextdoor falsely claiming to work full time as a private aide at The Belmont working towards earning bachelors to be a nurse. Per @nhresidentcare, Buhle is co-owner with law degree. #OkayBuke

Born and raised here. Just learned DPD and Code colluded and put lien on my parents’ house which I predicted would happen when filming sanitation skip over it. But they never sent notice either. They just mess with old people. It’s sick. @DallasPD

Oh No! You’re in North Central’s Beat. Watch out for @DallasPD Third‘s Watch. Also know Buke operates unlicensed group homes and if you see an elderly pleading to escape, they’re not crazy. BUT don’t call 911. Third Watch notifies the owner like they did when good-samaritan did.

“DART disposes of excess real-estate via public bid sales…” Funny that’s what @DallasPD does with my legally parked car on Knollview. Except they don’t pay/send notice. Done with intent to harass daughter that placed welfare call, notifying Buke, while her Dad is dying.

👆🏼Turn a profit must be a euphemism for knowingly selling stolen goods. @grok did Dallas purchase homes as a just-taking & pay FMV? If Dallas allegedly needed said land for project, why is Dallas now re-selling purchased homes? Can we also get summary of corruption Hx in Dallas?

@melisandrepro - @TexasHHSC confirms @BukekileD operating unlicensed group homes in @DallasPD North Central’s Beat AND that DPD HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. Nonetheless, the same bad-apples STILL covering for her, providing me the website for TULIP portal to verify licensure, which they conveniently never provided previously, while giving me numbers to nuisance abatement, youth operations, code compliance, civil-stoppers hotline, etc. THEY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BY @TexasHHSC AND STILL PROTECT AND PROFFE EXCUSES FOR HER. @ChiefComeauxDPD, these officers need to be ORDERED to enforce the law and immediately stopped from their crimes including, but not limited to: Obstruction of Justice, Official Oppression, Dereliction of Duty, Elder Exploitation, Harassment, Stalking, Countless 1983 Violations. There are more than two officers working together with the specific intent to commit a crime. It’s not a conspiracy theory. It is in fact a conspiracy. Save the DPD badge. Terminate the Third Watch Gang, Do NOT allow Graves to run the drone show. Do it for the amazing and honorable GOOD @DallasPD officers that should never have to work alongside such malicious ones. This is not one rogue officer. I can name more than 6, which is the number of arrests made in the gang fight. No honorable officer should be forced to work alongside such dirt. Thank you. Please do not wait until this hits the news like Castro or Eddie Villarreal. Castro got 9 months probation for lying to the @DallasPD. Villarreal got 30 months for LYING to the FEDS. #ThirdWatchKnows #ArrestBuke #ElderAbuse #ElderJustice #AskLewis #RetaliationIsReal #CarrPeDiem #Crimes #TurnerThomasWebbGravesBlackBeardLewis #SoDumbVilla #GettingToMaBee #Fraudsters #TrueCrime #Exploitation #MaliceAforethought #GuiltyOfOmission #GangstasParadise #Aliases #BadApples #Kickbacks #ShutDownNewHorizon @EBABA126 @zakkpatrick1 @DOJCrimDiv @TheSSAOIG @OIGatHHS @DOLOIG @OIGUSDA @mcuban @DOJFraudDiv @FBIDallas @FBIMiamiFL @HHSOCR @ACLUTx @TxDPSNorth @HHSRegion6 @hhsregionone @dojphofficial @NationalECE @USMS_Dallas @DPDGangUnit @dallascitycode @tdlrlicense @qaggnews @TexasScorecard @Shannonagain2 @nickshirleyy @caraathome @JasmineForUS @netflix @SeniorNewspaper @VITAS @BukekileD @MedicareGov @MedicaidGov @Columbia @VetAffairsOIG @TexasVeterans @DeptVetAffairs @IRS_CI @IRSnews @criminalminds @OCCRP
Or is it “slander”? @DallasPD N. Central Third’s blonde officer says you can’t go around exercising your first amendment rights now, too. The same one that “checked on my dad” while omitting medics.

Funny, I know all about the Silver Line. It runs through my front yard. Also, I noticed that three of the homes DART purchased during construction are now listed for sale. Wonder if they intend to turn a profit?

Or @dallascitycode and @DallasPD can collaborate & place liens on homes they want to own or give to @BukekileD to aid and abet her organized criminal activity involving operating unlicensed group homes, elder abuse, exploitation, grand larceny, kidnapping, and murder. @DallasPD

Cop uses Flock cameras to illegally track his mistress, his wife, and his mistresses boyfriend. He is then suspended but keeps using the Flock system to unlawfully monitor. He eventually pleaded to misdemeanors and got "3 years of informal probation." This is just one of thousands of cases where we know these systems are being unlawfully used.

Lexipol is to DPD & APD what T.O.R.C.H is to New Horizon (aka Wellington aka Greenfield Homes) and Annie’s Place (aka Chattington Manor aka E & J Cottages) residential care homes. T.O.R.C.H = Texas Organization of Residential Care Homes, North Texas Chapter. For-profit entity. Providing ALF owners with policy & procedural manuals for staff, crash-courses to meet state-requirements, food-discounts to help businesses maximize profits, and the prominent display of its members’ business names on the website A place for Mom, @APlaceForMom. Plus accolades awarded to its ALF-members. Also included: a direct hotline to call should ALF be greeted, without prior notice, by a regulatory agency’s representative for an unannounced inspection to help walk ALF through said visit in real-time. And where the perks of ALF’s membership with TORCH exceed the costs of dues. Because Torch’s client is the ALF. The affiliation between ALF and TORCH rarely disclosed and not easily discoverable. Lexipol: A Texas-based for-profit entity created by former LEOs turned Attorneys That Provides Police Departments across the nation, including @DallasPD, with policy & procedural manuals. Online/In-Person crash-course training also offered. As a third-party contractor, Lexipol —like TORCH—awards accolades to its clients (Police Departments) for their successful implementation of its policies and procedures. For example, @DallasPD received a Gold-Star Award from Lexipol for DPD’s successful implementation of Lexipol’s manuals within its department. The Perks of contracting with Lexipol exceed the costs of hiring Lexipol. Risks of lawsuits for not having proper manuals for employees reduced. Risks of lawsuits stemming from employees reduced. Because Lexipol’s clients are police departments. The affiliation between DPD and Lexipol also rarely disclosed and not easily discoverable. Experience in Employment-Law provided much insight into the importance and legal ramifications of an employer having or lacking a policy and procedural manual in place and how these serve to protect the employer, employees, customers, clients, etc. ***Note: Whether or not LEO follow the policies/procedures contained in said manuals fall outside the scope of Lexipol’s role because the departments themselves oversee day-to-day operations and investigate complaints that are received within the 60-day deadline via internal channels like IAD. However, the 60-day deadline *MAY OR MAY NOT BE* one of the policy/procedures implemented in accordance with Lexipol’s manuals. @nhresidentcare @melisandrePro @EBABA126 @cost_of_bums @zakkpatrick1 @JakksonT @mcuban @DOJFraudDiv @DOJCrimDiv @OIGatHHS @CommerceOIG @TheSSAOIG @tdlrlicense @TexasHHSC @VetAffairsOIG @DOLOIG @BukekileD @TexasEd911 @Badplastic20 @otto_hope @CivilRights @OIGUSDA @elderabuse @HPS_FRAUDSQUAD @SecuringOurCare @SeniorNewspaper @CaregiverMemory @umichalzheimers @seniorcare @TacticalDPD @DallascityNews @dallascitycode @HHSRegion6 @HHSRegion4 @HHSRegion8
