Okay, one more time,.... In the paper-days the @DeptVetAffairs knew your Rating, Level of Care, history of injury and treatments, all by flipping pages for a few minutes. Now they don't look at Rating or History and don't even know what a level of care is.
The Electronic File they use is an Abstract at best.
When I explain Rating, History and Level of Care they get offended - because they have no idea what I'm talking about - and are not interested. Your too weird, untrained, rude and condescending to interact with in 2025 on federal property. Most of you should be escorted from the building as a Threat to the health and safety of Veterans.
