We spent some time looking at each other's work, and then talked about our own journeys, inhibitions to getting started, ways to get unstuck & building a safe space to grow!

I also loved seeing the rich visual collection of Milton tiles & see history of how these designs spread across the world.
Ruchika Modhok inspired everyone through her digital recreations of these tiles, & urged them to seek more such stories by being curious.

@meetamalhotra from @TheHardCopyCo gave a wonderful perspective on the state of design today from the perspective of executives.

My sketchnotes don't do justice to the beautifully illustrated slides @soosixty had put together.
Loved how she connected insights across her illustrations spanning two decades, and also highlighted the importance of connecting outside work (like at #DesignUp22!)
