An often under appreciated piece of a great training session - dynamic prep. The term warm up doesn't do it justice. I have found this to be a valuable routine for athletes and old meatheads before an outside session. Sadly its the first part most players will most likely skip if training on their own this summer. Once have become familiar with all the movements, can be completed in 6-8 minutes. Includes @RPR_system and CARs from FRS. Vary movements, distances, reps as needed.
