Today I’ve sent my resignation in as a GP. I will not return to working in GP ever. A casualty of a hostile media & government, under-resourced system pushed to breaking point & feeling like I’m playing Russian roulette every 10 minutes. Life’s too short. @sajidjavid@NHSEngland
