**Card Number Seven: The Swimmer**
This card beautifully illustrates the practice of Self-Inquiry (Atma Vichara) as taught by the great sage Ramana Maharshi.
The image and text draw from verse 28 of his work *Forty Verses on Reality*, with a gentle addition that has become central in this deck: feeling the whole body from within as a single field of energy while diving ever deeper toward the source of the “I”-thought.
Like a swimmer who dives into deep water to recover a sunken treasure, controlling voice and breath, feeling the whole body from within as a single field of energy,
one should dive deeply within oneself in search of the source of the “I” thought.
When we turn our attention inward with delicacy and firmness, the “I”-thought — which is nothing but a reflected ray of pure Consciousness — gradually contracts. The more subtly and deeply we follow it back to its source, the more it loses its power, until it finally dissolves.
As attention deepens, it may naturally rest in the center of the chest. This can become a helpful support, as long as it remains secondary to the main practice: staying with the source of the “I”-thought itself.
For those who wish to go deeper into this teaching, one of the clearest and most profound commentaries is the book *The Path of Sri Ramana – Part 1* by Sri Sadhu Om.

Since it got asked a bunch, a few supplements of note:
- Creatine
- Natural t-support (I like innerbody labs)
- Omegas (I don’t like fish, so supplement liberally)
- Vitamin D
- Greens
Experiment with other things occasionally, but those are the consistent ones.
You developed it with them? That's awesome. I've been taking it consistently for over a year now. Recommended a number of friends too. I liked how it was (a) all natural ingredients and (b) in their research-backed proportions.
Had a tangible impact on my hormone levels too.

This is such a cool full circle moment and knowing that a beast like him (the man runs marathons and has a chiseled 6 pack) has tried the product makes me so proud.
If you subscribe to his email newsletter you can find it in today’s edition (Jan 5th), and if you’re not yet subscribed, I recommend it, he’s a wise man.
Grateful to be working with Eric, Brian, Daniel and the team at Innerbody to bring this baby to market (along with several other killer products).
Zero, though I’m flattered to be accused! Have never taken any peptides or TRT or anything like that.
I do take Innerbody Testosterone Support which is natural (fadogia, tongkat, etc.)
