IowaBio and ABLE signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster long-term collaboration between the biotechnology sectors of Iowa and India. This MoU underscores our shared mission to build a thriving global biotechnology economy, and sets the stage for enhanced cooperation, knowledge exchange, and business opportunities for members of both organizations.
The MoU was signed by Jessica Hyland, Executive Director of IowaBio, and Krishnan G S, Hon. President of ABLE, with Governor Kim Reynolds, Hon. Governor of Iowa, signing as a witness to show the State of Iowa’s support for this partnership.
"This MoU with IowaBio is a pivotal step to strengthen collaboration between India and Iowa’s biotechnology sectors. India’s robust biotech ecosystem, known for its innovation in bioindustrial especially in bioenergy biopharmaceuticals, agri-biotech, and bio-manufacturing, complements Iowa’s strengths perfectly. Together, we will drive innovation, boost trade, and create a global impact by leveraging our shared expertise and resources," said, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐆.𝐒. 𝐊𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐧𝐚𝐧.
