Today I made a claim for a lost parcel. @RoyalMail makes the process extremely difficult. My laptop’s pad was so slow this took much longer than it should have. #post #lostparcel

@Vinted I sold an item on Nov 24, shipped it the NEXT DAY using YOUR prepaid label. It's now been 2 MONTHS - the parcel is LOST, buyer was refunded, but I have NOTHING.
Your own policy says compensation after 25 business days. It's been 30 days.

Vinted refused to reopen case or compensate, claiming a missed ticket I never received, and told me to negotiate with the buyer.

📦 Lost parcel nightmare! @YodelOnline lost my parcel and refuse to take responsibility. @vinted_uk says it's been returned but it hasn't. Sent them yodel transcript. No help from either. Customer got their money back. Anyone else had this?
