SN73 is now parked in #Bittensor ecosystem after a closure of MetaHash operation. The founder is now focused on SN109 Academia where subnet incubation is incentivized. Will SN109 succeed? Will a new project launch on SN73? Time will tell. But both projects are not in our “Good to Have List”.

$TAO #SN73 - @MetaHashSn73 is stopping all operations. Now, all eyes are on the new project of Tegridy (I'm not finding his X account, please send in comments) that looks pretty promising: Academia on subnet number 109. Full announcement below. -- MetaHash - Closure & Transition Announcement Leadership Update Daryxx and I have formally separated and will no longer be working together. Effective immediately: I have assumed full ownership and operational control of Subnet 73. --- MetaHash Group Dissolution The MetaHash Group initiative is now fully dissolved. All associated operations, including treasury activities, are terminated. As part of this: All MetaHash-related infrastructure will be decommissioned, including:Discord server Social media accounts Public-facing communication channels --- Subnet 73 Status Subnet 73 is now placed into a parked state. No further:Treasury operations Auctions Alpha acquisition will take place. The subnet will be inactive until further notice. --- Final Distribution (Subnet 109 - Academia) All owner alpha from Subnet 109 (Academia) has been fully distributed. Distribution was completed:Across all SN73 holders Proportionally based on stake This concludes all outstanding obligations tied to MetaHash treasury operations. --- Strategic Direction Primary focus is now shifting to Subnet 109 (Academia). All future development and efforts will be concentrated there. --- What Comes Next A new project and structure are currently in development. Launch is expected later this year. Details will be shared through new, separate channels once ready. Until then: Subnet 73 will remain parked. --- Perspective on the Ecosystem Bittensor represents an innovation layer for AI/ML, oriented toward advancing state-of-the-art systems and enabling new classes of decentralized intelligence. Future development efforts will prioritize: Technical integrity Scalable system design Practical, user-oriented outcomes The current direction reflects a shift away from purely financial subnet models toward infrastructure and applications that contribute directly to technological advancement. The ecosystem is composed of highly capable contributors pushing the boundaries of what can be built. Continued work will aim to align with that direction and support meaningful progress. --- Final Note This marks the formal closure of MetaHash and its treasury model. All obligations have been fulfilled, and the subnet is now in a parked state pending future direction. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed. Further updates will be communicated through new channels. Stay tuned.

The liquid market may not be deep enough to satisfy the growing demand without price moving higher. Time will tell. Only 345,637 $TAO now sits on exchanges. That is after 312,447 $TAO left exchanges in the last 30 days alone. At the current issuance rate of 3,600 $TAO/day, that entire exchange balance equals just 96 days of new supply. 96 days of fresh issuance. Now stack that against the rest of the network: - 7,355,328 $TAO staked (68% of issued supply) - 236,619 non-zero wallets ( 6.45% in one month) - Whale, mid-tier, and small wallets all growing YoY - 128 subnet pools constantly absorbing $TAO through alpha demand - New subnet registrations continuously consuming more reserve liquidity Then look at the subnet economy. Over the last 30 days: - 90,465 $TAO came in through inflow burn - 317,904 $TAO flowed out That gap is exactly why taoFlow matters. Weak subnets lose emissions. Strong subnets absorb more flow. As buying subnets becomes more mainstream, easier to buy for avg. Person, watch out. And the strongest are already proving it: - MetaHash: 307.9% coverage - Lium: 85.5% coverage So the math is simple. Exchange balances are shrinking. Staking keeps climbing. Wallet count keeps expanding. Subnet pools keep multiplying. Daily supply stays capped at 3,600 $TAO until the next halving cuts it again. For context, 345,637 $TAO at $307 is roughly $106 million in total exchange liquidity for the entire network. That is less than some individual NFT collections had at peak. That is less than a single mid-size hedge fund allocation. One serious institutional buyer could absorb a meaningful percentage of all available exchange supply in a single week. There is always some circulating sell-side, of course. But I can't deny how incredibly scarce this asset is. $TAO DYOR

Thank you for the reminder. It is further proof that deleting messages serves no purpose. They exist to ensure we do not repeat the same mistakes and that we learn from them. Tenex was part of one of my long-term wallets, with limited exposure. Like many others, I therefore lost some TAO in this situation. The lesson for me is clear: 👉 I will no longer cover subnets whose teams are not doxxed, 👉 and I will inform the community whenever red flags appear. The poll is unequivocal: the majority of people want to invest in transparent projects. I have never written that MetaHash had any direct link to the Tenexium rug. What I am pointing out is something else: developers who do have analytical capabilities that most investors do not, yet failed to thoroughly review a project before announcing a partnership. I also note that this team is not doxxed, and is now pivoting by announcing plans to manage five subnets. Given the context we now know, and the lack of security focus shown during the announcement of the Tenexium integration, I find this alarming. I have invented nothing. I am simply restating what was published, read, and preserved, especially since some of these messages were later deleted by the team. At every level of the ecosystem, we must collectively improve, so that this type of rug does not happen again. As for the owner of MetaHash, I sincerely hope they will lift the opacity surrounding their identity. That would be a strong signal, and would allow people to re-engage objectively with what they are building and intend to develop across these five subnets. Tegridy has just contacted me, and I will repeat the exact same message to him.

Hey @CryptoZPunisher, I'm a big fan of you, but I think it's high-time we stopped blaming MetaHash for a red flag EVERYONE missed. MetaHash team already clarified that they had nothing to do with the Tenex incident. Talking about shilling rugs, I've attached 2 instances of you shilling Tenex to your followers. x.com/CryptoZPunisher/status… x.com/CryptoZPunisher/status… Not posting this to witch-hunt you, but to prove anyone can make mistakes. Still a big fan of you, but I can't keep quiet about this again.
Bittensor 🚩red flag SN 73: MetaHash @MetaHashSn73 @fxintegral_T Why did you delete your tweet announcing a partnership with SN67? That tweet remained visible on the MetaHash account for nearly a month, I have kept a copy. You are now talking about developing five subnets. But how can investors place their trust when it appears that SN67 was not properly analyzed beforehand? It is easy, in hindsight, to state that you had nothing to do with the scammer. The real question is elsewhere: why was that tweet left public for so long, especially when it likely reassured and influenced investors? Another important point: to my knowledge, you are not doxxed. That is, of course, your right. It is also my right to raise red flags when I have doubts and to warn the community. Greater transparency on your part could offer a different perspective on the group you are attempting to build. This message is not a witch hunt it is an act of good faith toward the community, intended to reduce risk and help prevent the same mistakes from happening again.

To clarify: the post in question was a marketing oversight. A live integration never happened. As previously stated, any interaction between MetaHash and Tenexium was limited to early, design-phase discussions around a potential future integration that was never executed on-chain. The tweet was removed to avoid misinformation. There was no intent to mislead, and no integration ever went live. We take accuracy seriously and have tightened internal review processes to prevent similar issues going forward.

Bittensor $TAO SN 73: MetaHash @MetaHashSn73 Is this a joke? One group, five subnets? How can you trust a team that has missed the point? If you have been negligent in a partnership, how can you manage five subnets? Okay, then remember this. ➡️x.com/MetaHashSn73/status/20… SN73 - Responsibility, Not Condemnation SN73 made several structural decisions: it integrated Tenexium / SN67 it promoted a mechanism relying on that infrastructure it implicitly redirected trust toward that actor From that point on, certain requirements were no longer optional. 👉 Thorough due diligence was essential. 👉 An external audit should have been required. 👉 Safeguards should have been put in place. 👉 Failure scenarios should have been explicitly documented. This is not a luxury. It is a moral obligation when capital flows are being channeled. The phrase “sending investors to their deaths” is strong, even shocking. But it reflects a real emotional reality that should not be dismissed. Let’s be precise: SN73 did not force anyone to invest but SN73 created a framework of legitimacy and in crypto, perceived legitimacy kills vigilance Many likely thought: “If it’s integrated or promoted by SN73, it must be safe.” And this is exactly where the duty of maximum caution applies. Today, SN73 must be accountable, first and foremost through transparency. This is not an attack, nor a verdict. 👉 It is a call for maturity, commensurate with the responsibility that projects assume when they become reference points within an ecosystem.
