Namibia and Angola will soon sign a memorandum of understanding on information and communication technologies aimed at strengthening satellite communications and closing network coverage gaps in Namibia. The agreement, approved by Cabinet, will be signed between Namibia’s Ministry of Information and Communication Technology and Angola’s Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication.
