Our #PDXMapping monthly competition is “Occupy a Pathway” to terminate AVNRT. This PAC resulted in an interesting response! Looks to me like the PAC blocks retrograde fast pathway, conduct down the slow and FP echos, but ultimately breaks tach. #EPeeps

No arterial or transseptal required for this inferiorly directed, right axis PVC. An MDI of .59 combined with #ECG morphology led us to an anterior GCV origin. 96% paced correlation, LAT -44 msec, first #RF application resulted in cessation within 2 seconds. @EPS_PDX #PDXMapping
