Students have been busy using their hundreds grid to help them create and extend patterns. Today they made input/output robots and then did a Gallery Walk and tried to guess the pattern rule that their classmates used. #patternstoalgebra @DPCDSB_BFA

We were back at making #PatternsToAlgebra in #MTH1W today! We were building general rules for our patterns, trying to come up with a pattern rule to build future terms. Students came up with arithmetic sequence formulas and linear relations for the same pattern!
