Ankerの45W充電器でほぼ同じスペックものの新旧比較をしました。 5年前に発売されたNano II 45Wと 今年発売されたNano Charger 45Wの比較です。 スペック的にはPPSの種類が増えたくらいで他はあまり変わらず。 中身はそこそこ変更が入っており ・プリント基板は4枚構成→2枚構成のシンプルな構成 ・電源ICはPowerIntegrations(米国)→Southchip(中国) ・変圧器は同じ電力なのに若干小型化 といったものでした。 (あと新しい方はUSBケーブルが付属しているのも嬉しい。) 新旧比較の結論としては新しい方が値段的にもスペック的にも上位互換でした。 ↓ 動画

窒化ガリウム半導体、日本人で名古屋大学の天野先生や亡くなった赤崎先生が世界で初めて結晶の製造に成功してノーベル賞を取ったというのに、実用製品としては外資のPowerIntegrationsやNavitas、中国の英諾賽科等の新興勢力に完全にシェア持ってかれてるのめちゃくちゃ残念過ぎる。
