Under 100 publishers (or publisher reps) control something like 70% of all inventory. Doesn't have to be hard.

Pubs adopt pubcommon or standard UUID a deal ID construct.. and then when demand side inputs the targeting parameters they want (emails, viewers of X, Y, and Z content pages in A period of time, demographics, etc), they get back the IDs to target in the bidstream.

1) Google’s dismissal will be as unsuccessful as Facebook’s 2) discovery will be hell 3) “Paxton v Google” plays into their hands. It’s now bipartisan, 16 other AGs; DOJ will likely follow with more. 4) complaint and CIDs were damn good, now the show begins. They’re screwed.

Agreed, although the problem is the complaint has so many flaws that Google can throws dozens of engineers and lawyers at it and tear it apart so nothing will happen.
