Will blog on this, but the idea of doing a deep dive comes from having just read 'ultra learning' by Scott young, and also analysis of my own failure/progress so far (basically, focussed bursts seem to deliver progress).

Aiming to do 4 hours a day of anatomical/movement drawing for 4 months. Depicting not just external anatomy but the internal energetic structure of a movement...
First priority is to use this to learn the dynamic anatomy of the breath, and depict how it interacts with the mind state in health and disease...

After this I aim to move to doing similar deep dives for some mathematics/physics that are relevant for these issues. ie, depict visually, then describe mathematically.
