🧬 Bakteriyofajlara karşı geliştirilen ters transkriptaz sistemleri bakteriyel bağışıklığın kurallarını yeniden mi yazıyor?
Bakteriler, bakteriyofaj enfeksiyonlarına karşı çok katmanlı savunma sistemleri geliştirmektedir. Son yıllarda özellikle ters transkriptaz (RT) benzeri proteinler içeren antifaj sistemleri dikkat çekmektedir. Araştırmacılar, UG10/DRT7 adlı antifaj sisteminin yapısal ve biyokimyasal özelliklerini inceleyerek protein başlatımlı DNA sentez mekanizmasını araştırdı.
🔬 Araştırma Yaklaşımı:
• Cryo-EM analizleri ve biyokimyasal DNA sentez deneyleri gerçekleştirildi.
• Farklı protein bölgelerinin işlevleri mutant varyantlarla incelendi.
• AlphaFold3 tabanlı yapısal modelleme kullanıldı.
📊 Bulgular:
• UG10 sisteminin klasik RT mekanizmalarından farklı çalıştığı gösterildi.

From a general biological and #evolutionarybiological perspective, these are very fascinating new findings regarding a previously unknown method of #DNAsynthesis.
The well-known process, which students learn about in school, involves #enzymatic processes that split a DNA double helix into two single strands, to which the #polymerase adds a #complementary #sequence. In this way, the original DNA helix is #replicated base by base.
However, the authors P. Deng et al. (2026) have now discovered a significantly different DNA synthesis method: In the bacterial model organism #Escherichia #coli, it was found that the #enzyme #Drt3b does not require a DNA or RNA template for synthesis. Instead, a complementary, protein-primed #polyACstrand is synthesized without a #nucleicacid template.
The enzyme uses information contained within itself to avoid the need for a DNA template. These are conserved #aminoacidresidues specific to Drt3b, located in its #activesite to generate the necessary base sequence.
Characteristics of life are always a result of #evolution. The enzyme Drt3b uses its synthesis mechanism to synthesize a DNA sequence that can defend #againstviruses.

I will add, as a humble cell biologist researcher who has been fascinated with Cytology since I studied in my undergraduate years and my period of research at NIH DOING cytology, specifically NK RESEARCH, that any Vaccine, especially an mRNA VACCINE, that the likelihood of REVERSE TRANSCRIPTION was extremely high & chromosomal spike expression would be extremely persistent #SpikeExpression

Ein neues Buch des ehemaligen Cheftoxikologen von Pfizer, Helmut Sterz, betrachtet die Innenwelt der Prüf- und Zulassungsverfahren von Pfizer und hat das Potential, das Corona-Narrativ zum Kippen zu bringen, mit welchem staatliche Zwangsmassnahmen und gravierende Menschenrechtsverletzungen gerechtfertigt wurden.
Sterz kennt die Prüfverfahren und hat in seinem Buch genauestens nachgezeichnet, was an Studien bei Pfizer vorgenommen worden ist, was unterlassen worden ist und warum aus dieser Gesamtlage der Vorwurf entstehen muss, dass hier mit Vorsatz gehandelt worden ist.
Unzureichende allgemeine Toxizitätsstudien, fehlende Dosisfindungsstudien, keine Sicherheitspharmakologie-Studien, keine Immuntoxikologie-Studien, fehlende Genotoxizitäts- und Karzinogenitätsstudien, keine Studien zu Wechselwirkungen mit anderen Medikamenten, keine Studien zur Pharmakokinetik und Biodistribution… Und dennoch: Politiker und Medien verkündeten trotz Unwissenheit schamlos, die Impfung sei sicher und schütze vor Übertragungen.
Da kann man nur den Kopf schütteln und sich davor hüten, der Politik und den traditionellen Massenmedien jemals wieder irgendetwas zu glauben. Jegliche - ich betone: JEGLICHE - Glaubwürdigkeit wurde verspielt. Die noch vorhandene naive Staatsgläubigkeit wurde kaltblütig ausgenutzt.
Was es jetzt braucht sind Strafverfahren gegen Impfstoffhersteller, Politiker und ihre propagandistischen Steigbügelhalter, fordert @m_matuschek.

So the Yale Listen Study said 709 days per their testing of vaxinjured still having continuous spike production (which I am a participant in this study) and show T cell exhaustion etc
Well it’s actually longer than that:
My first injection was 12/23/2020 and I haven’t stopped producing spike and it’s now 02/21/2025
8 months after my 2 Moderna injections I still had large amounts of spike detected per antigen testing- & I’ve never had Covid( results below)
That’s 1,521 days - of continuous spike protein production with NO OFF SWITCH since my first injection & STILL in my body to date
Let that sink in!
