400k magnet starting to play out on GAM 🧲 Been working relentlessly for nearly two weeks in this gay rotator market where people can't hold anything for longer than 30 minutes - this is exactly why I have the long term vision in play because it's impossible to find that dedication on new pairs GP, ALP and Bonker were all 6 month cto's each to multi-ms because eventually people understood I wasn't fucking around With all these recent catalysts of search trends, videos made by Togi & Rasmr, GAM has the potential to be an insane front run on a sleeping trend So far the foundation of the house is in place, I've brought on a strong set of hands which have held through multiple dips since we started the cto and accumulated Early, not wrong btw 3Aufc1SPEq1TMDkeUYUbKiCp2s99Lt47CdPz5ka5pump

What They Did 1. Arthroscopic rotator cuff repair -reattached the torn rotator cuff tendon back to the bone using anchors and sutures. 2. Arthroscopic distal clavicle excision -removed a small portion of the outer end of your collarbone. 3. Arthroscopic biceps tenodesis -
cut the part of the biceps tendon free from shoulder joint & re-secured it lower on upper humerus bone. 4. Extensive arthroscopic debridement -cleaned out the joint ❀️ Ice machine and coffee are Godsends

Most common misdiagnoses we see in Baseball: ⚾️ Posterior Impingement of the Elbow diagnosed as Triceps Tendinitis ⚾️ Lumbar Spine Pathology diagnosed as SI Joint Pathology ⚾️ Internal Impingement of the of the shoulder diagnosed as a rotator cuff strain ⚾️ Oblique Strain Diagnosed as an Intercostal Strain Obviously, it’s possible to have the former pathology, we just see those misdiagnoses at a higher rate than other injuries

Did you know the most common location for a rotator cuff tear is approximately 13–17 mm posterior to the biceps tendon? The midpoint of the rotator crescent, where there is less stress shielding from the rotator cable and the glenohumeral joint capsule is at its thinnest.

This was a complex, heavy-duty extrication that required several hours of intense work through the night. The scene demanded significant manpower and nearly every tool on our rescue truck was put to use. We are grateful to report that one patient was extricated and transported in critical condition by air med to UMC. This incident was a true team effort. Thank you to all agencies and personnel who responded and assisted β€” your partnership, resources, and hard work made the difference on this challenging call. From first arrival to final clearance, the coordinated response across departments showcased exactly what public safety teamwork looks like. Some agencies are still on scene including DEQ. Thank you to Bj’s and having the perfect truck with a 75 ton rotator that helped secure and position the truck for extrication. Please pray for the driver and y'all drive safe πŸ™ #SlidellFire #FirstResponders

I have taken BPC 157 twice successfully. Once healed a rotator cuff tear and the other for a meniscus tear. Complete regrowth and recovery. My BPC 157 knee is now my stronger knee! No surprise given the extra burden it suffered for so long. But it shows there is merit to site injections over the oral administration for acute injury.

The Marine Corps didn't issue me with all these replacement partsβ€”they were earned. Knee replacement, rotator cuff surgery, scoped joints, repaired elbows. I'm held together by determination, memories, and a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon.
