I have taken BPC 157 twice successfully. Once healed a rotator cuff tear and the other for a meniscus tear. Complete regrowth and recovery. My BPC 157 knee is now my stronger knee! No surprise given the extra burden it suffered for so long. But it shows there is merit to site injections over the oral administration for acute injury.
