💐 يسعدني أن أشارك أحدث أبحاثنا المنشورة في مجلة دراسات في تعلم وتعليم اللغة الثانية (SSLLT)، وذلك بالشراكة مع زميلي أحمد الهرفي. 📍 تتناول هذه الدراسة واسعة النطاق سؤالاً محورياً في تعليم اللغة الثانية: كيف تُشكّل الحاجات النفسية الأساسية للطلاب دافعيتهم وانخراطهم وأدائهم الأكاديمي؟ 🔎 استناداً إلى نظرية الدافعية الذاتية (self-determination theory)، جمعنا بيانات من ٨١٥ طالباً جامعياً من ٣٥ جامعة سعودية لدراسة العلاقة بين الحاجات النفسية الأساسية (حرية الاختيار، الكفاءة، والعلاقات الإيجابية)، والدافع الداخلي، والانخراط الصفي، والمعدل في مقررات اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية. ✅ أبرز النتائج: – جميع الحاجات الثلاث تنبأت بدرجة كبيرة بالانخراط الصفي، وكانت حرية الاختيار هي الأقوى تأثيراً. – كما لعب الانخراط الصفي دوراً وسيطاً محورياً، إذ ربط بين إشباع الحاجات النفسية والدافع الداخلي لدى الطلاب. – في حين لم يتنبأ الانخراط الصفي بالمعدل مباشرة، فإن الدافع الداخلي فعل ذلك، مما يؤكد أهميته في الأداء اللغوي. – ومن المهم أن تأثير حرية الاختيار والكفاءة والعلاقات مع الآخرين على المعدل كان غير مباشر بالكامل، من خلال الانخراط ثم الدافع الداخلي. 💡 توضح هذه النتائج كيف يمكن للبيئات الصفية الداعمة أن تعزز تلبية الحاجات النفسية للمتعلمين، وترفع من دافعيتهم الداخلية، وتُحسّن تحصيلهم في اللغة الثانية. كما تقدم دعماً قوياً لصلاحية نظرية تحديد الذات في سياقات ثقافية واسعة ومتنوعة. 🔖 نأمل أن يسهم هذا العمل في إثراء النقاش حول العمليات الدافعية في تعلّم اللغة، وأن يلهم ممارسات تدريسية مستندة إلى SDT. 🔗 للاطلاع على المقال كاملاً (متاح الوصول المفتوح): doi.org/10.14746/ssllt.47709
