This picture shows the real situation many Igbo people see in Nigeria today. Left side: The Biafran flag and Biafra leader “Unjustly Imprisoned” Right side: Terrorist Leaders with guns and money sitting at “Peace Talks”, Negotiating with Nigeria Government. This image raises a simple question: Is everyone being treated the same in Nigeria? The answer is no.. Our leader Nnamdi Kanu remains in prison and the call for Biafra freedom is treated harshly. Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa are not terrorists. They are speaking for millions who feel marginalized and want self-determination. We want fair treatment. We want justice. We want the freedom to decide our future. This is not balanced justice. @amnesty @IntlCrimCourt @mats56455 @_AfricanUnion @realDonaldTrump @Keir_Starmer @KemiBadenoch @RepRileyMoore @SenTedCruz @firstpost @channelstv @WhiteHouse @TheJusticeDept @DeptofWar @BBC @grok #FreeNnamdiKanu #BiafraFreedom #EndMarginalization #JusticeForAll

Adivasi tea garden workers and Rajbanshi people are being silenced through the SIR process in North Bengal. @BJP4India needs to take action. #EndMarginalization
The SIR process has become a tool to silence the voice of our indigenous communities. Thousands of Adivasi tea garden workers and a significant section of the proud Rajbanshi people in North Bengal have seen their names either deleted or unjustly placed under “Adjudication” in the final electoral roll. It is a calculated political conspiracy. @BJP4India’s influence in the northern tea gardens has steadily eroded in recent elections. Faced with an impending defeat, they now appear determined to suppress the votes of the very tea workers and tribal communities. We stand firmly with every Adivasi family and every legitimate voter. We will challenge this injustice through every democratic channel available, because democracy belongs to the people, not to any partisan agenda. bartamanpatrika.com/news/tho…

GLOBAL NEWSWIRE: Three Transgender People Shot Dead in Karachi LGBTQ NEWS: Police found three transgender people shot dead in Karachi, underscoring rising violence and discrimination against the community. PAKISTAN: Authorities Are Investigating Three Brutal Murders. A chilling discovery in Karachi has cast a stark light on the escalating violence against Pakistan’s transgender community, after the bodies of three individuals were found shot dead on a city roadside. Police in the southern metropolis confirmed the grim find shortly after midnight on Sunday in the Memon Goth area. The victims, whose identities remain unconfirmed, bore multiple bullet wounds, indicative of a brutal attack by unidentified assailants. Authorities are actively investigating the incident, though a motive for the killings has yet to be determined, leaving a community grappling with fear and uncertainty. This latest tragedy underscores a deeply concerning trend of targeted violence against transgender people, often known as Hijras, across Pakistan. Human rights organizations, including Amnesty International, have repeatedly highlighted a significant and alarming rise in attacks on this vulnerable population, who often face extreme social marginalization and economic hardship. The killings in Karachi serve as a painful reminder of the persistent dangers and discrimination endured by transgender individuals, who frequently suffer brutality with little recourse or justice. Their ongoing struggle for safety, dignity, and fundamental rights continues to be a critical human rights issue, brought into sharp and painful focus by these recent, horrific deaths. #TransgenderRights #KarachiViolence #TransLivesMatter #PakistanNews #LGBTQRights #StopTransViolence #HumanRights #TransgenderSafety #JusticeForTrans #KarachiTragedy #EndDiscrimination #HijraRights #TransgenderJustice #PakistanHumanRights #StopHateCrimes #TransEquality #MemonGoth #ProtectTransLives #AmnestyInternational #TransgenderAwareness #EndViolence #LGBTQPakistan #TransRightsAreHumanRights #KarachiPolice #NoMoreHate #TransgenderCommunity #PakistanSafety #JusticeForVictims #EndTransphobia #HumanRightsAbuse #TransgenderViolence #KarachiCrime #SupportTransRights #EqualityForAll #StopTargetingTrans #TransLives #PakistanJustice #LGBTQSafety #RaiseAwareness #EndMarginalization #TransgenderStruggle #KarachiMurders #StandWithTrans #HumanRightsCrisis #ProtectHijras #NoToViolence #TransgenderDignity #PakistanTragedy #FightForJustice

Dear @SundayDareSD, respectfully, Senator @KwankwasoRM’s concerns on Northern Nigeria’s marginalization under President Tinubu are valid and backed by unrefuted facts: 🔹 1. Inherited vs. Initiated Projects The projects you cite Kano–Kaduna rail, Abuja–Kaduna Expressway are Buhari-era initiatives under the ERGP. As of now, no distinct, new mega-project has been initiated in the North under Tinubu. 🔹 2. Appointments & Budget Imbalance 2024 budget favors the South-West (>30% of capital projects). The North-East & North-West combined received <22%, despite suffering the highest insecurity and poverty rates. Strategic federal roles are concentrated regionally, which is undemocratic. 🔹 3. Insecurity & Humanitarian Failure Over 2,300 killed in Northern states in 2024 alone. No robust regional security architecture. No IDP recovery plans. Over 1.9M Northern children out of school, yet no clear education or child protection initiative launched. 🔹 4. Collapsed Social Programmes With N-Power, GEEP & cash transfer programs suspended, no credible alternatives exist. Vulnerable communities, especially in the North, are abandoned. Mr. Dare, these facts demand introspection, not rebuttal. Dismissing Kwankwaso only deepens public distrust. True leadership responds with results, not rhetoric. Until new, equitable, and impactful programs are seen, this administration has more to prove to Northern Nigeria. 🚨Urgent Concern Following the Passing of General Sheegow Ahmed🚨 With great sadness, we confirm the passing of General Sheegow Ahmed, a respected figure within the Somali Bantu (Jareerweyne) community. His death, coming after enduring significant injustices, demands urgent attention. We call for an immediate, thorough medical investigation to understand the circumstances leading to his passing before any burial takes place. The lack of response from @HassanSMohamud and the ongoing marginalization of our community must be addressed. General Sheegow's death represents not just the loss of a leader, but the continuation of systemic neglect and injustice. We demand accountability and justice for the suffering of General Sheegow and all marginalized communities in Somalia. @UNHumanRights @amnesty @HRW @TheIPI @SomaliPM @SomaliBantuUSA #JusticeForGeneralSheegow #SomaliBantuRights #EndMarginalization #HumanRightsSomalia

#GeneralSheegow, a respected figure within the Jareer Weyne (Somali Bantu) community, has endured significant injustices in recent months. Despite these challenges, president @HassanSMohamud has not taken visible action to address his situation. Currently, General Sheegow is in critical condition, admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), with his life hanging in the balance. This lack of response from the administration has deepened feelings of marginalization within our community. We urgently call on President @HassanSMohamud to intervene, ensuring that #GeneralSheegow receives the necessary medical care and that accountability is pursued for the injustices he has suffered. Such actions would reaffirm the government's commitment to #justice and #equality for all citizens, regardless of their background. #JusticeForGeneralSheegow #SomaliBantuRights #EndMarginalization #Somali @UNHumanRights @UNSOS_

Dear @myogiadityanath , @myogioffice Ji, I write to you with a heavy heart and deep concern over the growing alienation and oppression faced by the Muslim community in Uttar Pradesh. As the Chief Minister of a state that represents the heart of India, you hold the responsibility to ensure justice and equality for all citizens, irrespective of religion, caste, or creed. Recent events in the state, including targeted actions, inflammatory rhetoric, and discriminatory policies, have left a significant section of society feeling isolated and vulnerable. The systematic marginalization of Muslims is not only unconstitutional but also undermines the rich pluralistic heritage of Uttar Pradesh and India as a whole. “Oppression will not last long; those who oppress others will face the weight of their actions,” reminds us of a timeless Islamic principle. Even history teaches us that societies thrive when justice is upheld, and decline when oppression takes root. Great leaders have always been remembered for their fairness and ability to embrace diversity, not for creating divisions. The Holy Qur’an emphasizes, “Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice” (4:58). This is not just a religious principle but a universal truth applicable to governance and leadership. Justice delayed or denied to any group is a threat to the entire societal fabric. I urge you to introspect and reconsider policies or practices that alienate any community. As a leader, you have the unique opportunity to turn the tide—ensuring equality, rebuilding trust, and fostering unity. Your actions today will define your legacy tomorrow. Will you be remembered as a unifier who upheld justice, or as one who widened the divides? History will judge us all, but leaders bear the heaviest burden. I hope you will reflect on these concerns and take meaningful steps to restore harmony, dignity, and fairness to all sections of society. Uttar Pradesh, and indeed India, deserves nothing less. Thanks 🙏 Indian 🇮🇳 #JusticeForAll #UnityInDiversity #StopOppression #EqualityForMuslims #SecularIndia #AccountabilityMatters #LeadershipForJustice #FairGovernance #UpholdTheConstitution #ChiefMinisterResponsibility #HarmonyNotHate #StrengthInDiversity #TogetherForUnity #EndMarginalization #HumanRightsMatter #SayNoToDiscrimination #EqualRightsForAll #EndReligiousBias #SocialJusticeNow

Open Letter to the Federal Government of Nigeria and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu: I am writing to bring to your attention the continuous oppression and marginalization that we have suffered at the hands of the Delta State Government since its creation. Despite our peaceful nature, we are tired and exhausted of the provocations and attacks on our communities. We hold the Delta State Government responsible for the oppression and violence that we face, and we implore you to take immediate action to address our concerns. The deployment of the Delta State government as an instrument of oppression against the Itsekiri people, perpetuated since its inception, must cease immediately. Failure to do so will prompt us to take appropriate measures in response to the relentless attacks on our communities. Whenever an Urhobo man assumes the governorship, the Urhobo communities around itsekiri’s perpetuates a series of assaults against the Itsekiri people, emboldened by their belief that they will enjoy impunity and the backing of the Delta State government. The hatred for the Itsekiri people is so deep that the Delta State government made sure that political ward delineation is carried out in the three Warri local governments alone, which belongs to the Itsekiri people, in favor of Ijaws and Urhobos. When there are Itsekiris in five other local governments in the state, the Delta State government refused to come to their aid when they were being oppressed and treated unfairly in their own lands. Instead, they focused on making sure the Itsekiri are politically destroyed in their own lands. We are all aware of the origins of the Okuama crisis, which was sparked by land grabbing. This same tactic is being employed once again, with the state government being utilized against the Itsekiri people, a pattern that has persisted since the creation of Delta State in 1991. Today, Monday, June 17, 2024, some Urhobo’s encroached on our lands in Warri, entered Odion Community, and used the Delta State police to arrest Itsekiris in Eyube-Numa, Odion Community, Warri. Those Urhobos there are not even up to 20. They came to Odion and bought lands from Numa and Ereku families to stay there. Now, the Delta State government backed ethnic group has turned a family compound inside the Itsekiri community into a fake Odion-Urhobo community, and they are using the state government to enforce their claim to our lands. This land grabbing of the Urhobos is going to cause fresh ethnic violence in Delta State. We are urging the federal government to recognize that if a crisis erupts in Warri itsekiri land and in Ethiope West, where Itsekiri people are similarly facing oppression and attacks on their own lands, the federal government should acknowledge that the Delta State government bears responsibility for the crisis in the state. We refuse to remain idle and tolerate this oppression any longer. The Itsekiri people opt for peace not due to weakness, but to prevent our homeland, Warri, from being ravaged by conflict again. For if hostilities erupt, the Urhobos will invariably flee to their ancestral lands in Ughelli, whence they originally migrated, as they did in 1999, 2000, 2002, and 2004. Sincerely, By Lord_of_Warri on 𝕏 (Twitter). @officialABAT @NGRPresident @NigeriaGov @OfficialDSSNG @HQNigerianArmy @DSGovernment @RtHonSheriff @DeltaPoliceNG #JusticeForItsekiri #StopDeltaStateOppression #ItsekiriLivesMatter #EndMarginalization #ProtectItsekiriCommunities #NoToOppression #ItsekiriRightsMatter
