Everything we're doing will be based on that. So, Stellar Lab is an interactive web-based developer tool built for working with the @StellarOrg #blockchain network. It’s mainly used by developers who want to explore, test, and interact with the Stellar ecosystem, including #smartcontracts via #Soroban. (I don't know if the governance system will be build on #Soroban, let's just act like that.) :D Anyways.. Who is it for? - Blockchain #developers working with the Stellar network. - Developers building and testing smart contracts using Soroban. - Engineers or learners exploring #Stellar #APIs and want to test things quickly without writing code immediately. -- So basically, what you can do with it: 1. Transaction Builder & Simulator - Create and customize Stellar #transactions (#payments, #trustlines, account merges, etc.). - Simulate execution against the network before submitting to avoid #errors. - Soroban smart contract invocations. (Choose from #Mainnet, #Testnet, or #Futurenet.) -- 2. Account Management - Generate new keypairs (public and secret keys). - Fund accounts on Testnet and #Futurenet via integrated #Friendbot. - Query balances, trustlines, and transaction history using #Horizon. -- 3. #GOV-Vote #6 - Delegation and Rewards? As you know, @strongholdpay 's next governance vote is about: 1. Support vote locking to reward lockers? 2. Should voting power be shareable? (Allow accounts to delegate their $SHx voting power to someone else) As a short side note: When I recently wrote about #ESCROW, I was contacted by someone, namely @ferdavidenko . 😊 He is Fullstack Developer and #Rust Enthusiast. 🧑‍💻 He really liked my work and therefore he would like to support me/us with his skills! :) Thank you! What does it mean? We (@ferdavidenko , @Dogegecko and me) are currently working on a small project in which we are creating/running a delegation vote mechanism on the #testnet via #StellarLab. So the contract we are working on, in specific only showcases the delegation mechanism... @SHxGuRu for example said in his first #LiveSpace that this mechanism is really interesting when it comes to his Family! Anyways.. The next model is a "Liquid" governance that mixes the #token weighted and the delegated voting mechanisms, letting holders to either vote or delegate their voting power. ------ So, in the near future, I'll try (yea, im learning it atm, so i will try :D ) to explain to you step by step how such a contract is put together, how it works, and we'll also delve into what we never really see: the technology behind it.
