This legally forces the VA to pull his file out of the backlog and put it on a priority screen for immediate approval. California is one of 32(33?) states that checks that the signatures on the VBMs match what's in the voter rolls. They literally compare signatures on every ballot. It would take less time to just not check signatures, but that wouldn't be as secure.

You really don't know much of anything how the Cali Dems manufacture VBMs as they wish with "Ballot Harvesting," in its many forms. You're not going to get it until the system is broken, exposed with indictments and convictions.
