Need a web safe 'agent' that ensures we don't fall for phishing or fake websites, while not being a bitch about unsigned sites.
Traditional safe websurf tools are genuinely annoying, but an agent would be able to tie up your intent with the action and figure out if you're walking into a scam or not.
New credentials attack on Google, it's a subtle one. The email actually comes from account.google.com. It informs you that your recovery contact (an email you don't recognize) is about to reset your password and prompts you to take action. There's a link that appears to point to accounts.google.com but uses the continue URL parameter to redirect you to sites.google.com, which hosts the attacker's site. If you scroll down, you can see the bottom of the email, which just shows that someone is asking to add you as their recovery contact. The entire first part of the email is a user-controlled field in Google's system that the attacker controlled to include the malicious link and text.

Linux is really niche use case. For me, all I do is game and websurf on this PC. The OS didn't really matter so long as the games ran. Steam works great. All the games I wanted to play work. I got stuff non-steam related working too. It's almost a Steam Machine lol.

Ironically, doomscrolling is not half as good as when we used to websurf. Part of the problem is that the internet is centralized and monolithic. We need to make our own websites and reject social media.

When we have nationwide FSD in place, the airlines will only be for masochists. Passenger air travel will be for dire emergencies only.
Don’t forget, between charging stops, you can just read, snack, watch a movie, websurf — all in private.
