I say it because even most people who suspect all of this is happening are still looking at the phenomenon from a level that is far too physical. Body heat. Prolonged exposure. Environmental radiation. Affected wildlife. Yes. All of that exists. All of that matters. The problem is that the real root goes deeper. Much deeper. More invisible.
Humanity still thinks technology only affects matter. That’s the gigantic mistake.

And when I talk about environment, I’m not just talking about the air or the ground. I’m talking about the human perceptual field. The water inside the body. The nervous system. Within the framework I work with, this points to jump technology, frequency manipulation, a localized portal, a surgical operation. There is no need for a massive ship landing in the yard. No need for a door opening. If you have frequency control, if you can alter the local electromagnetic field, if you can create a toroidal bubble around a specific point, you can enter and exit without using normal physical mechanisms.
That would explain the strangest part of the case: the magnetic field.
A massive magnetic field in an isolated cabin does not appear by chance. There is machinery there. There is technology. Either a craft is nearby, or a portal is active, or a frequency immersion system is operating from an unseen point. And when I say unseen, I do not mean magic. I mean phase. Outside the normal range of perception.
Matter does not disappear. It changes its relationship with the observer.
We already saw this with the Eldridge, with the Philadelphia Experiment, with the clumsy attempts to wrap a ship in an electromagnetic field without fine modulation. A dissident civilization can sound like a separated human group with advanced technology living outside public control. That may exist. Within my framework, it would be a hybrid structure. Deep-level humans, the Secret Space Program, Cabal factions, reverse-engineered technology, granted technology, stolen technology, and above all of that permissions, restrictions, and grey zones within the Federation.
Grey zones. Many of them.
The Secret Space Program did not disappear. It was partially dismantled, partially confiscated, partially restricted. It continues. With portals. With bases on Mars. With operations between Earth, Mars, and Venus. With humans who do not always know where they are. With compartmentalized crews. With command levels that know much more than is publicly admitted.
This is where money comes in.
When the Pentagon says a trillion dollars is missing, I do not hear “accounting disorder.” I hear black budget. Infrastructure that cannot appear in any normal balance sheet. DUMBs, portals, electromagnetic technologies, ships hidden like submarines, operations that do not exist at surface level.
Strieber’s question is a good one: are they living off-planet using our money?
Yes. That possibility fits. And not only off-planet. Also underground. Also between layers. Also in zones the average citizen cannot even imagine.
Mars is not empty. Venus is not what is presented from here. The Moon is not a dead rock available for space tourism. Saturn is not just an esoteric symbol placed there by secret societies. Everything is connected through transit, bases, portals, permissions, and frequency control.
Now, the trap is believing this is a human rebellion against the system.
If that dissident civilization exists, it operates within an allowed margin. Maybe not by the local Federation. Maybe by higher levels. Maybe bypassing Viera and dealing directly with Saturn-level structures. That part is opaque.
The same applies to the SSP. How can they have a sector on Mars if humans supposedly cannot leave Earth? They are not acting alone. If they transit through Federation-controlled space, someone is looking the other way or opening the door. If someone opens the door, we are no longer talking about humans escaping with a few bolts and a stolen ship.
We are talking about structure.
Strieber senses this when he says he does not believe it is a governmental entity. He is right there. The visible government does not run this. The visible government signs papers, reads speeches, moves budgets, and covers holes. The deeper levels are behind it. Secret societies, corporations, militaries, non-human factions, species with agendas, and all of that mesh where human and non-human blur until you no longer know where one ends and the other begins.
A dissident civilization, yes. But dissident relative to the public. Not necessarily dissident relative to the real power.
They may be hiding advanced technology from the public. Ships, portals, frequency systems, advanced medicine, energy, off-world transit. None of this is hidden due to lack of capability. It is hidden for control. If the population knew that real technology already far exceeds the official terrestrial model, the entire theater would collapse.
Rockets. Fuel. Borders. Economy. Disease. Scarcity.
It would collapse too easily.
There is also another layer that interests me. The appearance in Strieber’s cabin does not look like open contact. It looks like an operation. They enter, immobilize, do something, leave. No explanation. No clear dialogue. No pedagogy. That looks more like technical intervention than spiritual encounter.
Advanced humans? Possibly.
Non-humans using human appearance? Also possible.
Operators from a nearby base via portal? Also possible.
Perceptual control technology so the subject remembers only fragments? Even more likely.
The sounds in the forest after the flash are also important. Something physically moved or displaced air, trees, pressure. It was not purely internal vision. There is external effect. There is interaction with the environment.
I find it hard to see this as a simple mental experience.
Reality here is not divided between physical and interdimensional as separate boxes. A craft can be physical and operate interdimensionally. A being can have a body and move through frequency. A portal can appear as emptiness, distortion, or nothing visible at all. People are still trapped in poor categories: extraterrestrial or spiritual, machine or consciousness, government or mystery.
That is not how any of this works.
Advanced technology operates precisely at the intersection of all of that.
Frequency. Matter. Consciousness. Field. Time.
That is where the confusion comes from.
The public hears “dissident civilization” and thinks of secret bases with men in black suits. That may exist. Behind it is a far more serious architecture.
