@bhash — is this the “Future of Mobility”?
My Ola S1 Pro has been lying at the Muralipura (Jaipur) service centre since 19 Nov due to MCU failure (Ticket 10998773, Job Card RO25115391224). It has been 38 days, and the service centre says the MCU part has still not been delivered by
@OlaElectric.
When I contacted customer care via mail or call for an update, I was kept on hold for so long and only told that the issue is with the “backend team is working on it,” with no timeline provided even after a whole month.
I am a college student, travelling 46 km daily. Because my scooter now looks like a piece of scrap, I’m forced to use my father’s old petrol Activa, spending ₹150/day on fuel. My 52-year-old father, who has knee problems, is forced to walk to his shop so I can use the vehicle.
During a service centre visit, my scooter was found dismantled, covered in dust, with parts scattered—more like scrap than a vehicle under repair.
I am only asking for a clear repair timeline and proper delivery of my vehicle.
