We see in Psalms 4:4 and Ephesians 4:26 we can get angry, with righteous anger, “WITH CAUSE”. Yeshua got angry with His Disciples, and, well in regards to Yeshua driving out the Den Of Thieves from The Temple with a whip and turning over tables, He wasn’t a happy camper to say the least!
The term “Without Cause” is a common term used in the Hebraic[-related] Scriptures … consider many translations over a long history for Matthew 5:22 … EMPHASIS MINE …
> But I say to you, anyone who is angry with his brother WITHOUT A CAUSE[a] will be subject to punishment. And whoever says to his brother ‘Raka!’ will be subject to the Council. And whoever says, ‘You fool!’ will be subject to hell fire. (ISV)

This is one of the translations that does not have the clause “WITHOUT [A] CAUSE” …
> But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be answerable to the court; and whoever says to his brother, ‘You good-for-nothing,’ shall be answerable to the supreme court; and whoever says, ‘You fool,’ shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell. (NASB)

The text there would have Yeshua as being subjected to the Sanhedrin and condemned! Intolerable! He wouldn’t contradict Himself. Of course, the same Bibles also make it look that way on John 7:8, by lacking the word “yet” (i.e. “not YET”), or something compatible.
You can see the different translations of which ones have the clause, and which ones that don’t, using the PARALLEL features of various Bible sites, e.g.

With such differences, when footnoted, it would be wise for teachers, preachers, speakers, writers, etc. to inform the readers / listeners of such, which can help others avoid abusing the difference(s).
