We hosted a #webinar on 30 October 2024 entitled: "EIDM Processes: Seeking Transformation for Improved Impacts." You can read the following blog post by @PenkaBogne, which summarises the discussions: shorturl.at/Nq0W3.
According to the discussion's guiding model, specific skill sets were pertinent for evidence-informed decision-making (EIDM) practice. However, the main takeaway from the discussions was that capacity development initiatives shouldn't focus on just one or a small number of skills in any given intervention. Instead, the focus should be on complementing abilities that facilitate change and impacts across the various subgroups within the ecosystem.
