I haven’t seen many if any take this position: SpaceX IPO and rumored merger w/ Tesla will boost Tesla’s SP. the logic is that SpaceX IPO shares are probably quite oversubscribed and priced at a premium, and the easiest way to get into SpaceX at a discount is to buy $TSLA if they both are to merge as there should be a “premium” offered for $TSLA especially if offer by SpaceX is to be approved by $TSLA SH’s. What am I missing?
