And even after indictment, it is almost impossible for a defendant to get the GJ transcripts so they must plead or go to trial blind, never really knowing what actually led to the BS charges in the first place.
The “grand jury” has become a grand joke. There’s an old saying that a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich. Now add the modern version: A major corporation hires a high-end law firm stacked with former federal prosecutors. They package a one-sided clown-show referral, hand it to their old buddy at their previous gig at the DOJ, and the criminal "justice" system is used to benefit the paying client. The "grand jury" does not hear the full story. Neither the prosecutors nor the "jury" even knows the facts of the case, since the paying client wrote the libelous "indictment." The public sees an indictment and assumes guilt. And for an ordinary citizen, there is no trial, no fair fight, and no realistic way to survive financially against both the DOJ and a corporate giant. They are forced to "plea" to an unvetted, illogical "case." I documented 38 concrete examples where this kind of system led to injustice, coercion, and destruction. 38 ham sandwiches. Do you know anyone in law, media, politics, or DOJ reform who understands this problem? Please send them this: x.com/ed_rosenberg/status/20… @EagleEdMartin @elonmusk @AAGDhillon @Amy_K_Nelson @amandaknox @POTUS @WDWAnews @DAGToddBlanche @mcuban @nickshirleyy @DineshDSouza @RogerJStoneJr @BrandonStraka

America, we have a problem. A corporate giant like @amazon @netflix can hire elite former federal prosecutors working at high-end law firms, package a criminal referral to any of the 93 districts it has a connection with, and trigger the DOJ to pursue any individual for non-justifiable reasons. The target victim never gets to tell their side to the grand jury. The grand jury hears one side, often from a comically wrong scammy "indictment" you would expect in North Korea. Then life is destroyed. For the non-billionaire class, indictment means financial ruin, reputational destruction, and unbearable pressure to plead. There is no fair fight. There is no real trial. There is only survival. This is how the justice system has become a private weapon for powerful interests. Not justice. Leverage. I listed 38 examples below which needs righting Would love thoughts from @elonmusk and @mcuban @BillAckman @ellagirwin @Jim_Jordan @timburchett @Amy_K_Nelson @linamkhan @LindseyGrahamSC @LeoTerrellDOJ @DAGToddBlanche @WDWAnews @FBISeattle @FBIDirectorKash . 37 stories of Extreme Injustice, The number could easily be 370 and higher. Weaponized prosecutions, Lawfare, over charged or over sentenced. All that is on this list of 37 families affected by as @realDonaldTrump has said multiple times is a "corrupt system". Will mercy and redemption come for us, I hope so but hope/help and the federal government feels like oil and water for a lot of us. We have all been waiting since January 20, 2025 to see if our golden ticket to the Chocolate Factory will ever come. Will It be in June? Will it be in July? After the midterms? The eve of January 19, 2029? Or never? The rollercoaster these 37 families are on is the kind that are only in nightmares! @POTUS we need you to wake us up... @RogerJStoneJr @MichaelRCaputo @RobManess @JeffClarkUS @cynthfromjersey @EagleEdMartin @EdMartinDOJ @AliceMarieFree @toddchrisley @MarthaByrne10 @SenJHutch @RonElfenbeinmd @realBlagojevich @LouisofMonmouth @Shawn_Farash

Yesterday when I was driving my son to a friends house this song came on and it brought tears to my eyes. I knew I had to make this video. @JellyRoll615 “I’m Not Okay” is the anthem for hundreds of families like mine—ripped apart by weaponized prosecutions. Kids without parents and having panic attacks. Lives destroyed. Prison walls separating us from the people we love most. But we haven’t given up hope. As America approaches her 250th anniversary, we’re praying @POTUS delivers justice and mercy through clemency and pardons. Real freedom. Real healing. If you’re living this nightmare—carrying this weight every single day—you are NOT alone. This is for you. 🙏 @realDonaldTrump @RogerJStoneJr @MichaelRCaputo @cynthfromjersey @douglassmackey @RobManess @realBlagojevich @EagleEdMartin @shawn_farash @toddchrisley @jeffclarkus @SenJHutch @LouisofMonmouth @AliceMarieFree @marthabyrne10 @RonElfenbeinmd @johnkarony @spaulding3030 @leamuirleyn @justice4douglas @weaponizewatch

Very disappointed to see yet another Supreme Court denial of an Honest Services Fraud (USC 1346) cert petition (Householder/Borges) where some justices have written strong opinions, but the overall group doesn't have the cajones to declare it unconstitutionally vague and have Congress go back to the drawing board. Until then, the DOJ will keep weaponizing it and prosecuting innocent individuals.  #lawfare @EdMartinDOJ @DAGToddBlanche @Amy_K_Nelson @kail_raegan @SCOTUSblog

Today mark's 15-weeks of my being at FCI Lompoc II Camp, serving a sentence for the unconstitutionally vague statute known as "Honest Services Fraud" (USC 1346). Mine is a case of first impression, meaning NO ONE else has been charged/TARGETED with this in the private sector without ANY co-conspirators. I've been passing the time by working out 3 hours per day and reading voraciously. Others, such as @Keone, have posted about Camp life/conditions, which is a "shitty YMCA that one can't leave". I continue to hold out immense hope that this will be resolved and made correct. #lawfare #DOJweaponization #honestservicesfraud @EdMartinDOJ @POTUS @Amy_K_Nelson @kail_raegan @DAGToddBlanche

Edward R. Martin, 82, of Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, passed away on December 28, 2025, surrounded by family. Known to some as “Ed” or “Eddie,” or “Your Honor” to others, and lovingly called “Puca” by his grandchildren, he leaves behind a legacy marked by intellect, wit, and deep devotion to his family and profession. Born on November 6, 1943, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Ed was a proud alumnus of St. Peter’s Preparatory in Jersey City, St. Peter’s College, and Fordham Law School. His years of Jesuit education shaped not only his formidable intellect but also his dedication to critical thinking and integrity—qualities that defined his long and distinguished career. Lest we get too swept up in his virtues, we also know that Ed spent many happy childhood days in Elizabeth with his Heck cousins, stirring up trouble in the family funeral home or attempting to blow up the local train tunnel. Ed remained closely bonded to his Heck cousins his whole life. A respected personal injury defense attorney, Ed’s legal acumen earned him a reputation that was both formidable and admired. During the 1980s, he served as Readington Township Prosecutor before continuing his public service as a Municipal Judge for several area townships. His long and distinguished career as a personal injury defense attorney was legendary in legal circles, and his family delighted in the rumor that opposing attorneys once dubbed him the “Prince of Darkness” for his courtroom prowess. When asked late in life about how many times he did not prevail in a courtroom during his 50-year career, he paused thoughtfully before answering, “Twelve.” When pressed for clarification (“twelve what? percent?), he simply replied, “No, twelve cases.” Ed’s curiosity knew no bounds. Whether discussing the Battle of Fort Ticonderoga, decoding the etymology of obscure words, or slyly arguing that the best driving route to North Carolina was, in fact, west to Ohio, he was a source of endless knowledge that defied belief. His love of history was evident in the “1066” in his email address—a tribute to the Norman invasion, naturally. To his family, however, Ed was far more than a sharp legal mind. As “Puca,” he created a world of memories for his children and grandchildren—Halloweens in St. Louis, Christmases in Okinawa and Virginia and Massachusetts, summers at the Seaside Heights boardwalk (strictly rides and food, no games!), and later, European trips with his older grandchildren to find the cheapest draft beer. His warmth, humor, and love were constants in their lives. Ed is survived by his children, Alyson (Will) Landers of Hoboken, Edward Martin Jr. (Carol) of Great Falls, VA, and James Martin (Jocelyn) of Princeton, MA; and his former wife, Virginia (McGonegal) Martin of Belle Mead. Puca also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, all of whom carry the imprint of his love and humor. Ed was predeceased by beloved cousins Bobby, Eddie, and Kathleen Heck (hopefully they’re not blowing up anything). In the difficult final months of his life, Ed drew strength from Dylan Thomas’s poem “Do not go gentle into that good night.” He embraced life's preciousness and fought for every moment. In Ed’s memory, enjoy some ice cream or a good Chianti, read A Confederacy of Dunces or The Art of the Cross Examination, listen to some ELO or the Eagles, and support your local food bank, homeless shelter, or veterans’ organization.

Have to say, I’ve briefly perused the new UFC hub on the Paramount app, and it’s very easy to navigate, quick, extensive (feels like more will be added soon, too) with some cool features (eg. each champion has its own hub, legends, too). Great start. Check it out, if you haven’t yet.

Biden’s goons spent $2 Trillion on “infrastructure” and almost none of our roads or bridges were repaired. It was a giant Green New Steal money laundering scheme. Insane that there’s no Senate filibuster for stealing $2 Trillion, but God forbid you want to require an ID to vote. That takes 60 votes.

WOW: Tom Homan says that more than 120,000 children smuggled into the U.S. under the Biden administration have now been located. These are things the mainstream media wont tell you.
