To all women being abused by corrupt governments, politicians and unions. Let them know that in 2026, we won’t accept the gaslighting and lies. Let them know their misogyny is unacceptable. That destroying us is not an option. #IWD2026 #NAPE #nlpoli #canlab

Chief Roach is gaslighting residents of NL.The current state of the justice system, including RNC corruption at the whim of politicians, is harming the general public also. Any woman who places trust in the RNC is putting herself at risk of abuse. #nlpoli cbc.ca/news/canada/newfoundl…

Tom Osborne is a federal MP in St. John’s, NL. Tom abuses women. Tom steals from constituents. Tom used his position to destroy me. Tom’s @RCMPNL friends will not investigate. @MarkJCarney , why are you allowing Tom, an MP who abuses women, to remain in your caucus? #nlpoli

Min. Evans: “cannot do her job” as long as she is carrying around the weight of a corrupt union and bureaucracy. Neither can the Justice Minister nor the Premier. Because yes, people are dying. And the PC Gov’t is allowing abuse to continue. #nlpoli #NAPE cbc.ca/news/canada/newfoundl…

The PM and the RCMP have not responded to complaints of an NL MP and the RNC conspiring to torture and take me out. If overlooking valid threats to my life, and collusion with NL’s public sector union is his idea of a new world order, he is indeed a wickedly dangerous man.
Who agrees ?

I heard on the weekend that Tom Osborne and his criminal colluders just tried to frame me and have me locked up? Is this true @HelenConwayNL ? #nlpoli

Yes, the CBC is in crisis. And I can help substantiate that. While the CBC Managing Producer was married to a political appointee in the Premier’s Office, we had serious issues with biased coverage that gaslit the entire public. It’s still happening. #nlpoli

If Dhanraj’s allegations are even partially substantiated, Canadians are no longer looking at a newsroom controversy. They are looking at an institutional crisis — one that demands a full and independent reckoning. shorturl.at/YJW7r

We must never forget Gisele Pelicot. We must never forget her bravery and the strength she has given other women. We must never forget the more than 50 men who abused her. We must never forget what they did and how they tried to defend it. #giselepelicot #Gisele #misogny #VAWG

Parsons made as much progress on this file as she did the one on gender equity… A police oversight board wouldn’t be required if the RNC wasn’t a politically driven machine. It’s becoming a bait and switch issue/cycle with each opposition. cbc.ca/news/canada/newfoundl…

And while the City of St. John’s shirked all responsibility, here’s the precedent!! This is how democracy works…
A British woman has won a landmark court case that is drawing global attention to the unintended consequences of LED street lighting. By presenting scientific and environmental evidence, she successfully demonstrated that certain LED street lamps were negatively affecting human health while also causing harm to local wildlife. The ruling ordered the removal of the lights, marking a rare legal acknowledgment of light pollution as a public health and ecological issue rather than a mere nuisance. The case highlighted how high-intensity LED lighting can disrupt human circadian rhythms by interfering with natural sleep cycles and melatonin production. Prolonged exposure to artificial blue-rich light at night has been linked to sleep disorders, stress, and metabolic disturbances. Beyond human health, the court examined evidence showing that LED street lamps disorient bats, insects, and birds, interfering with feeding, migration, and reproduction. Insects are particularly vulnerable, which creates cascading effects across entire ecosystems that rely on them. This ruling sets an important precedent by recognizing environmental light exposure as a factor worthy of legal protection. It reinforces the idea that technological progress must be balanced with biological and ecological considerations. While LED lighting is energy efficient, this case shows that design, intensity, and placement matter. The outcome encourages cities to rethink urban lighting strategies that protect human health and biodiversity while still meeting safety and infrastructure needs. #NutraFacts #fblifestyle #LightPollution #Wildlife #Health
Community note
A British woman with light sensitivity agreed with Barnet Council in 2024 to replace bright LED streetlights in her street with warmer ones after years of complaints. No court ruled, and it addressed her specific condition—not general health or wildlife impacts. dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1… gbnews.com/news/woman-for… times-series.co.uk/news/23473250.…

Unfortunately, this is all too familiar. No doubt about it, WorkplaceNL is a criminal entity. Management within the provincial government use it as a personal weapon. Fraudulent activity is accepted. It’s a huge issue that will require a total overhaul. #nlpoli #LicenseToKill

How do you know that a daughter of An Injured worker is not doing this and your silence could've prevented it? In order to end things you actually have to address them. Your silence about injured workers is not helping women be free from the emotional violence from WorkplaceNL!

Furthermore, if I die prior to my human rights complaints being heard, it was the Liberal Party of Newfoundland and Labrador in collusion with #NAPE. And a couple of their federal colleagues. #nlpoli #canlab
I’m going through the same thing now. I had the RNC show up at my door today for a safety check. I refused to talk. They’re the perps along with politicians from the provincial and federal governments. @RCMPNL won’t investigate. Canada can no longer be considered a democracy.
