Super excited to share our latest preprint with you 🤩 We've tackled the challenge of visualizing obesity-induced changes in peripheral nerves and immune cells on the whole-body scale and developed an AI-powered pipeline to precisely quantify these changes.
Imagine seeing a disease's impact on every cell in the body. Now, you can! We introduce MouseMapper, an AI tool to reveal system-wide disease perturbations. MouseMapper showed obesity-induced changes in facial nerves & body-wide inflammation 👉🏼🧵biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…

$3,200 as the publication fee is still a lot! Many folks can't really afford this and we believe such high fees are unjustified. At MELBA, our goal is to bring this down to ZERO. Currently, we charge $10 as a submission fee and that's it. And we are fully open access. Consider supporting the independent non-profit journals in your field.
