50% of US and Bay Area trips are shorter than 3 miles (20-min bike ride). Almost 3/4 of those trips are driven. 60% of ppl are interested in biking but too concerned about safety to do so. Protected bike facilities = safe, equitable, healthy, green and FUN!

In 2019 (our best ridership year ever), we averaged 13,728 passengers during July weekends.
Our last 3 weekends:
▶️ July 8-9: 13,143 pax
▶️ July 15-16: 15,080 pax
▶️ July 22-23: 14,317 pax

What is the impact of WFH on productivity?
Hard to measure, so try US macro data:
1) WFH days rose 5-fold after 2020
2) Productivity growth rose 10% after 2020
Not conclusive - many many other things happened - but this at least suggests WFH is not some big productivity killer.

We just beat our previous 2023 weekend ridership high by a smidge: 10,614 on our regular service Saturday and Sunday.
That doesn't include the 2,000 people who rode our special sports or Short Hop services.
We averaged about 8,700 pax/weekend in Apr 2019. 💅
