Went back Sunday. Accessible changing room still not in use. Asked for manager whose response was “Unfortunately…”
There’s nothing unfortunate about it - except perhaps as they may reflect, yesterday I started legal proceedings against said retailer.

How to decide if a reasonable adjustment is in fact, reasonable ?
Read the story and decide. Yesterday I was at the Designer Outlet. In this shop the accessible changing room was blocked and I asked them to move the obstruction. The answer “There’s no point, it’s full of boxes 1/

Hi @BBCRadio4
STOP refering to Peter Mandelson as a "former peer". His peerage has not lapsed or disappeared, even though he has resigned from the House of Lords. He is still a peer! Why is this so hard for you to understand?!
Shocking level of ignorance from the BBC!!
Alan Milburn: Pip does nothing to help young claimants into work.
Me: yes Alan that's correct, for the same reason my telly doesn't keep me warm at night.
In other words, That's not the fucking purpose of PIP
Don’t book at @TravelodgeUK if you are wanting the room you’ve paid for to be available after 10pm at night!! We’ve had a dreadful experience. We tried to check in at the Ilford hotel & 11 30pm to be told they’d been sold to others! Got to new hotel at 1am.
Lone women beware!
The @cityoflondon thinks these are fine and “not unlawful discrimination”. @TfL and the @MayorofLondon says they are accessible along with Government ministers. Blind people are being systematically excluded from travelling beyond their local area because of them, all driven by the cult of cycling.
TfL route 355 bus driver ignored my request for the ramp to let me alight, and pulled away with me still onboard. Another infuriating example of insulting negligence and incompetence from a @TfL bus driver.
It is information that Southwestern is required to keep accurate in the Knowledgebase industry system under your Accessible Travel Policy and under Condition 5 of your licence.
@railandroad note that Southwestern are attempting to dodge responsibility for accurate station info.
The City of London’s own equality assessment of these schemes say blind people can’t use them, but they have just approved more, saying its not “unlawful discrimination”!
Ever since this particular floating bus stop was introduced it has been a nightmare even for able bodied, sighted pedestrians. Two way cycle tracks, one going the ‘wrong’ way will always be a problem in cities. For the blind impossible. The moronic politicians from top to bottom who promote these should have to negotiate them blind folded. They lie about cycle safety. Cyclists don’t get injured at bus stops.
Another day another assistance failure where the drivers blaming me yet it’s @Se_Railway fault at Waterloo east for not being there @TransportForAll only recorded after over 9 minutes of being stuck relying on the good will of people to find staff
The @MayorofLondon says that those bus stops that comply with @TfL guidance are usable by blind people. This one here in the heart of the City of London does comply, but is clearly unusable for blind people. Retweet to support blind people’s. Access needs:
This is footage of an e-bike exploding at a home in Catford.
It's just one of 556 e-bike fires in the last three years in London.
The infernos are toxic, spread within seconds and are almost impossible to put out.
And they've killed half a dozen Londoners since 2023.
The accessible toilets are Liverpool St Station, London, are in a disgraceful, filthy, dilapidated state, @networkrail
They are currently neither safe nor healthy to use.
