Visually Ripley is one of the best series Netflix has ever done. The use of black and white was like a homage to the classic film noir of 40s/50s. The whole series filmed in Italy, is like a living work of art, and is a masterclass in cinematography. #Ripley

Hey @CMChiOsse @CMCrystalHudson a person was just hit by a driver at Quincy and Classon, a dangerous intersection that badly needs a traffic solution. Fortunately, FDNY was arriving as I left and the victim appeared conscious and responsive.

On a busy weekday morning, could just as easily been a child on a scooter or a parent with a stroller or one of the many cyclists who use Classon Ave on their commute.
Please urge @NYC_DOT to reevaluate this dangerous intersection.

what I cannot understand is *who* is the constituency for this? at one point, 90% of the NYC's 4-year-olds were enrolled in free pre-K. the adams administration has so little imagination, the only solution they can think of for public safety is more cops.
