Anxiety in men doesn’t always look like panic. It looks like anger, silence, overworking, and “I’m fine”. Swipe → 5 signs it’s showing up in you or the men around you. Noticing it is the first step. Talking is the next. You don’t have to carry it alone. #MensMentalHealth #mentalhealth

1.2 billion people are living with a mental health disorder. That’s 1 in 8 people on the planet. And yet — we still treat burnout like a badge of honor. We still ask people to “push through.” We still underfund mental health care everywhere. Here’s what I keep thinking about: We wouldn’t tell someone with a broken leg to just “stay positive.” So why do we say it to people who are struggling mentally? The stigma isn’t just cruel. It’s expensive. Lost productivity. Broken relationships. Lives cut short. This number isn’t just a statistic. It’s your colleague who seems “fine.” It’s your friend who went quiet. It’s maybe even you. What’s ONE thing your workplace could do tomorrow to actually support mental health? Drop it below. I’m genuinely curious. 👇 #MentalHealth #Leadership #WorkplaceWellness #HR #YouAreNotAlone

TCI is heading to COSP19! 🌍 From June 8-11, 2026, we'll be at the 19th Session of the Conference of the States Parties to the CRPD, represented by our diverse members from across regions, bringing a wide range of grounded experiences and perspectives of persons with psychosocial disabilities to the global stage. Roundtables on exploitation, violence and abuse for all persons with disabilities, and civic participation; hosting a side event; partnering in other sessions; and speaking engagements across all four days. It's our members who are in these rooms, at those mics, and in those conversations, ensuring our constituency is seen, heard, and centered. Join us as we contribute to global discussions and work alongside members, partners, and disability rights leaders from around the world to advance the implementation of the CRPD. STIGMA TRAVELS FASTER THAN INFORMATIONS ~HIV misinformation, fear, and stereotypes can spread rapidly through communities. ~Even when people receive correct information about HIV transmission and treatment, stigma can remain (or even grow) due to persistent negative beliefs. ~And this has caused PLHIV, and their caretakers to run away from care, service and treatment #Voices4change26 @GiftGrace01 @aliveagain14 @UncleDricAdoni @DrMutungaEA @DokitaSharon @LubangaHakim @RuthRacheal4 @KatsFaisal @OfficialHadad

Strong communities don't happen by chance. They are built by people who show up, listen, support, and act. Across the continent, grassroots actors are often the first to identify injustice, support those affected, and connect people to the services they need. Investing in their leadership and knowledge strengthens community responses and helps ensure that rights are not only recognised, but realised. If you are actively engaged in community work and committed to promoting reproductive justice, we encourage you to apply. Application deadline: 15 June 2026 | Submit your application here: tinyurl.com/yzks52pn
