These are autism/adhd only on paper - mostly just poorly behaved kids. They then hire their own family members as care workers. The pay is so good - 60-70$/hour to play video games with your niece/nephew - that even young otherwise productive men/women end up in this hellhole of unproductive labor. Then you have the adults on it: The vast majority of adults on it do not want to help themselves. In another era or even other countries: these people would have been forced to work or starve. It's just the type of person they are. Lazy, gluttonous, parasitic. The taxpayer pays for their weed, vacations and gardeners.
