I can’t stand how Brunson and SGA are allowed to use their off arm to push off whenever they want.

CNN: Tom Steyer (D) concedes race for California governor Steyer: “It would be a travesty for Steve Hilton to win the governorship, and Californians must unite behind Xavier Becerra to ensure he does not.”

I’m gonna be leaving the Governor question blank in November. In good conscience, I can’t vote for Xavier Becerra. He’ll become our de facto governor when the race gets certified — likely with artificial record support because of a Blue Wave election.

What an admission
I endorsed Xavier Becerra. That’s why I hope Republican Steve Hilton remains in the top two. The latest vote updates show Hilton will likely beat Steyer.

Let's set the record straight.
I sued the fossil fuel industry. Took on Trump when he tried to eliminate the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act. Nobody running for governor has a stronger environmental record.

Xavier Becerra, candidate for Governor of California, has taken maximum contributions from controversial water barons Stewart and Lynda Resnick. The Resnicks are the billionaire owners of The Wonderful Company — the agricultural empire behind Fiji Water, POM Wonderful, Wonderful Pistachios, and Halos mandarins. The Resnick's company is one of California’s largest agricultural water interests, frequently cited for being anti-labor.

The role of the Governor is to protect Californians, and to stand between them and danger. That's a role I take very, very seriously, particularly when it comes to trans youth.

Just to clarify, the recent PPP survey isn’t listed as a Steyer internal in its memo. However, the poll itself certainly came out of left field. If anything, the Steyer campaign likely jumped on it to use as a counter to PPIC. @williamliang

The latest numbers validate what we’re seeing on the ground: This race is close, and we have momentum. The corporate interests ripping you off know it, too — and that’s why they’re spending tens of millions to stop us. Don't let them. Vote by June 2 to bring it home.

Okay, I’m fully in LFG @TomSteyer (please re-affirm your call for a data center moratorium and removal of PAC money)
Tom Steyer: “I’m totally in favor of trans athletes in high school. When you understand the vulnerability, the stress, the danger of being a trans kid and you understand almost half of them try to commit suicide. Then you think we’re gonna punish those kids, we’re gonna cut them off from team sport. It’s like, no we’re not”
