During the
@WCO_OMD 27๐๐ต ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ held in Hong Kong, Pakistan signed an MoU to join the pilot run of the ๐ฏ๐น๐ผ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป-๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ฑ๐๐ฃ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐, hosted by Hong Kong China Customs. With this milestone, Pakistan became the first country among 35 ๐ช๐๐ข ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐บ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ to volunteer for the implementation of this innovative initiative. The ValidAP project will enable cross-border validation of regulatory compliance certificates, strengthen trust in trade documentation, and support faster verification of export-related documents. Through initiatives like this, PSW is helping position Pakistan as a forward-looking trade economy by improving regulatory connectivity, reducing documentation barriers, and enhancing export competitiveness, while reinforcing its role as a key enabler of a modern, connected, and internationally aligned trade ecosystem that supports Pakistanโs economic growth and global trade integration.
