Breaking News: The California Supreme Court has denied the State of California's petition for review and request to stay the Palisades Fire Litigation. The Supreme Court denied the State's request to overturn the trial court's order overruling the State's demurrer to the plaintiffs' Master Complaint. This means that the fire victims' case against the State can proceed towards trial. Discovery has just begun. Baby Rowan was supposed to die in his mother’s womb after a lethal injection.
He didn’t.
The injection never happened.
Instead he was born alive at 22 weeks.
“His right leg moved. He curled up a bit like he was cold…”
His mother begged for 911 to be called.
Clinic workers refused to help him.
Rowan died in his mother’s arms.

Our parentage law has a split personality.
Adoptive parents must endure rigorous screenings, home studies, fingerprinting, and background checks before taking a newborn home from the hospital.
Adults who acquire a child through surrogacy—even when neither is biologically related— face none of those requirements.

Shane Dawson has a history of pedophilic behavior.
Yet, he and his partner were allowed to buy children via IVF and surrogacy.
In 2014, Shane referred to a 6-year-old girl as “sexy.”
In 2018, Shane admitted to searching for child pornography.
In 2020, a clip of Shane resurfaced showing him pretending to masturbate to a poster of 11-year-old Willow Smith.
Video footage shows Shane coercing a 12-year-old girl into doing a lap dance on someone else while playing a sexually explicit song in the background and telling her to eat a “cocktail weenie” because he has “a lot of child molesters watching.”
In another video, Shane placed a pair of large fake breasts on a 12-year-old girl and made inappropriate requests and comments, including: telling a dog to lick the fake breasts, asking the girl inappropriate questions about her genitals, forcing her to dance on top of a table, and more…
Despite all these facts (caught on video), Shane and his partner, Ryland Adams, were able to use IVF and surrogacy to obtain children.
In February 2023, Shane and Ryland announced they had purchased a woman’s eggs and hired a surrogate to create 12 children, 6 girls & 6 boys.
On December 7th, 2023, they announced the birth of twin boys, Jet & Max.
These twin boys are precious.
Their existence is good.
But they (and their 10 other siblings) are victims of a grave human rights abuse.
Children are not commodities to be recklessly created, intentionally deprived of their mother, and purchased by anyone who has the money to do so—especially someone who has exhibited pedophilic behavior.
We must protect children.
We must ban IVF and surrogacy.

There has never been an audit of California’s voter rolls to determine how widespread the fraud is. Let’s settle this debate once and for all by allowing the federal audit @AAGDhillon and I have been seeking for over a year. The public deserves to have confidence in their election systems.

A criminal illegal alien pedophile charged with RAPING and SEXUALLY ABUSING a child has been ARRESTED in sanctuary Maryland.
Yerlis Efrain Alvarez-Alvarez, from El Salvador, was wanted for THREE counts for each of the following charges: second-degree rape, sexual abuse of a minor-household/family member, and third-degree sex offense.  He was released into our country by the Obama administration.

To use a leftie term, I’m feeling especially triggered by the response to what happened to Kallie Keeler. All the anon accounts screeching that it's a normal part of wrestling, just an "oil check" (an illegal move by the way, that this was not), that she's too wimpy and weak to be a wrestler if she can't handle it.
Bullshit.
She was assaulted. A man stuck his fingers inside her vagina and held them there.
This incident echoes dark patterns that I have witnessed and even been caught in the midst of for decades.
Bad men will hide behind shields of respectability while abusing girls and women in plain sight.
As a former gymnast and whistleblower, I see the parallels to Larry Nassar immediately. Nassar hid behind the respectability of his medical degree and his role as USA Gymnastics team doctor. After he abused young female athletes for 30 years, finally women came forward in droves to report the assaults. Those victims were attacked for months until there were too many to ignore.
My coach hid behind his "coach" title, while claiming to keep athletes safe as a spotter, then molesting in plain view. Athletes were shamed into silence.
Predators will exploit any opening to find, abuse and assault their victims.
