Gee, wonder what the difference was?
Within 8 days of Callais, Tennessee, a state that had no legal obligation to remedy anything, redrew their congressional map.
When Ohio was ordered to redraw maps in 10 days, the state claimed it was not enough time and they couldn't do it, instead submitting this to the court.
