Terrible customer service from @Apple. Had my iPhone 11 only 13 months, antennae has moved somehow (no damage) and I’ve been quoted 80% of phone cost to fix it as I’m 1 month outside warranty. Have bought apple for years but you’ve lost a customer now. #apple #customerservice

Teamwork makes the dreamwork! We’ve been working non-stop for over a week now to make this happen and we now have people thankful for getting a leaflet through their door with the number of a local volunteer they can call if they need help. #communityresponse #fastnotperfect

I’ve never been so proud to be part of the @OneIlfracombe team supporting the incredible Ilfracombe community to look after the most vulnerable and each other. 125 volunteer co-ordinators, 5000 leaflets, 10 Facebook groups and a huge amount of work #Covid_19 #fastnotperfect
