The sheer stupidity required to be so delusionally and confidently wrong about easily verifiable historical fact, is mind-blowing. Simply incalculable. This is one of those situations where communicating with someone so much less intelligent is nearly impossible. The “Japanese Surrender Negotiations”, between August 9th-August 14th, 1945, happened. The initial “Surrender Offer”, the “Byrnes Note”, the final “Surrender Acceptance”, and the ultimate signing of the “Japanese Instrument of Surrender” aboard the Missouri weren’t made up. The Japanese both rejected the surrender and attempted to keep their monarchy. The Potsdam Conference most certainly happened. Eisenhower himself stated there were negotiations. So many more. You couldn’t make this up, not in a million years. trumanlibraryinstitute.org/w…
Dear Vice President @JDVance — This is the “negotiation” that ended WWII

Why is everyone freaking out about a deal with Iran they literally know nothing about?

What a stupid community note. The Emperor of Japan GOT TO STAY IN POWER and Nazi scientists GOT AMNESTY. These are things that are achieved via negotiation. Japan's surrender being nearly a month after the bombs were dropped is a big clue
JD Vance: If you go back to WW2 or every major conflict in human history, they all ended with some kind of negotiation.
Community note
World War II ended with unconditional surrenders by Germany on May 8, 1945, and Japan on September 2, 1945, rather than negotiation. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unconditi… archives.gov/milestone-docu… nationalww2museum.org/war/topics/end…

Nothing pisses me off more than seeing people fish for headlines from stories/videos months back (which btw have already been corrected!) to get angry about, then being forced to watch as a bunch of other lemmings follow and it takes over my fyp.

People who are upset don’t understand reality. He’s right. All wars end in negotiation. Germans were defeated by Soviets. Sure it was “unconditional”…but it still required a negotiation and deal. UK, French, Soviet, US, etc. interests were wildly different.

Readers context apparently doesn't know we did infact negotiate terms of surrender which left the Emperor of Japan on his throne.

The Emperor retained his throne. Know how? Negotiations.

Wait until you hear how Japan would only surrender if the allies agreed to allow Hirohito to stay on the throne. That is what we call a “condition.”

We also ended up having to negotiate over the split of Germany. What Vance is saying is trivial. Only an emotional idiot would deny it.

I'm 59 years old. I've been working since I was 17. I have saved a little, I served my country to retirement, and I own a home. Yet I still have to support 52 yo leeches who refuse to grow up, man up and work for those goals
I am 52 years old. I have been working since I was 15 years old. I have no savings, no retirement, and will never own a home before I die. And there is now a trillionaire.

Guess where illegal aliens go when you don’t hold them on detainers for ICE to pick up at our secured facilities? In those same communities that “Two-Bullet” Jones says he’s trying to protect.

The opening line to this article is "In recent weeks". Reports and satellite imagery have confirmed this months ago. CNN is just now telling you to try and make Trump look bad.
Five U.S. intelligence sources tell CNN that Iran has begun collapsing tunnels and rigging entrances with explosive mines to secure its near weapons-grade uranium stockpile. The roughly half-ton cache of highly enriched material is now far more difficult and dangerous to access.
