Make no mistake: While the RF will suffer bc of their war of aggression, it will not be to our benefit either. It will remilitarize the RF, strengthen China, weaken Western influence on global dynamics and provoke a new cold war. And it could have been avoided.

This is how the Elon-Fanboys make propaganda: Wealth Tax? The man has no net worth, only income! Income Tax? The man has no income, only wealth THE SAME GUY!

Lol. The man asking questions did block me. Thats what lying little propoganda men do. First they get caught by saying the exact opposite of what they said yesterday, then they curse you, then they block you to prevent an answer to their silly questions.

I want you to understand the situation is only getting worse here in Gaza. The UNDP has halted work on water distribution. My camp doesn't have water trucks coming. Help isn't coming for us.

Azov-related Third Corps of AFU celebrates the Waffen-SS “Galicia” Division. “83 years ago, thousands of Ukrainian volunteers joined the defense of Europe (!?) to protect their homes from a Moscow invasion… Just as we do today,” the commander states. Let me be clear: 1/ The Waffen-SS was part of Nazi Germany’s military apparatus, fighting against the Allied coalition—among them the US and the UK—that ultimately defeated it. 2/ Ukrainian soldiers equated themselves with Nazi collaborators. Officially. It was not Russian propaganda that did it. They did it on the eve of May 8 - the Day of the Liberation of Ukraine from Nazi occupation, which cost Ukraine 10 million lives. 3/ The 3rd Army Corps is not a simple Corps but is positioned as an elite one. Its fighters are invited to leading universities, for example, Yale. They speak at international security conferences. Their "Nazi" reputation (rooted in Azov ties) is whitewashed by politicians, think-tanks, journalists, and bloggers. So, they can freely glorify Nazis in their free time. When will this Elephant in the Room be noticed in the West?

Hi @AmazonMGMStudio, Many of us now work in filmmaking because of shows like Stargate SG-1. It inspired us with its rich lore, believable character interactions, human drama, and its grounded military science fiction setting. It showed the progress of humanity from its first baby steps through an unknown portal into a space-faring species. The show was hopeful, human, and naturally diverse. It showed the world and mankind coming together despite our differences to create something better. Indeed, that is what the core of Stargate is and always has been. We are from around the world. We are men, women, fathers, mothers, grandparents, grandchilren, and proud of the values Stargate has always stood for. It's rare for a franchise that appeals to people across a political divide, but Stargate always has. It has always stood for the message that we are stronger together. These are the fans. Martin Gero, Joe Mallozzi, Brad Wright, and everyone else involved have had decades to understand this. There is no better team to trust than the ones who've been there with us the longest. It's a symbiotic relationship. I, and every Stargate fan, urge you to reconsider during this Window of Opportunity. The writing team was in the middle of their backswing during the cancellation announcement. At least let them finish a season. We are worth taking a chance on! I'm Emerald May, and I work in visual effects in Atlanta and I'm proud of shows like Stargate SG-1, Atlantis, and Universe that helped steer my career into a place where we make worlds come true. Thank you.

Soulles ghouls at Amazon moronically cancel a Stargate Project after two years of hard work. People suggest that mindless business decisions made by suits only interested in profitabilty suck. But behold the industry veteran coming to the rescue: Its wokeness wot killed it!
They aren't assumptions, they are based on actual experience. Stick with theoreticals and discourses. I think you should read the post you've just made back, because you have literally described yourself in this exchange. You decided that YOUR overall assumptions about an industry you don't work in nor understand onto a very specific case. Both of us are speculating. One of us is doing it from a position of knowledge and experience, and that person isn't you. So absolutely you have no clue, but instead of shutting up and nodding, you listen to what you are being told and realise that you never considered that, and to have the humility to understand that maybe, you just might not know what you are talking about.

Why are all these Streaming Plattforms run by people who have no clue at all about what makes real-action Science-Fiction Television sucessful?
Amazon has canceled Martin Gero's new Stargate series. The show had completed a 20-week writers room and was in pre-production in the UK. The stated reason: Amazon executives were concerned it would not have broad appeal beyond the franchise's dedicated fanbase. They killed a Stargate show because it was made for Stargate fans. Gero spent five years on SG-1, Atlantis, and Universe. Brad Wright and Joe Mallozzi — architects of 15 of the franchise's 17 seasons — were consulting producers. Roland Emmerich and Dean Devlin were executive producers. Amazon says it still wants to develop Stargate, possibly with a showrunner without franchise history who can give it "a fresh new perspective." The fans who waited 15 years since Universe was canceled just had their answer.

The most dangerous thing the empire ever told you was not a lie about another country. The most dangerous thing it told you was about yourself. It told you that you are small. That the systems are too large and too old and too entrenched for one person's voice to matter. That speaking changes nothing. That the people who speak loudly are naive or self-righteous or haven't yet learned how the world actually works. That the realistic option is to operate within the system, work on the margins, make incremental progress, and never say anything that cannot be said in a room where the system's beneficiaries are present. This belief, that you are too small, that it is too late, that nothing you say matters, is not a conclusion the empire arrived at regretfully. It is a product the empire manufactures and distributes at scale because a population that believes in its own smallness is the most efficiently governed population possible. You are not small. You are a person with a voice and a finite number of days and a knowledge of true things that other people need to hear. The empire told you that you are furniture. You can decide to be a person instead. The decision is available today. It will still be available tomorrow. But tomorrow is not guaranteed. Today is what you have.

Sony, few people as a percentage of the world’s population make impactful choices. You chose to write this post, will it matter? Probably not. I chose to write a reply. What will that achieve? Nothing. Instead, give two litres of gin to a homeless person. Be the difference.

Uh. Sucks to be ratioed that hard, Germany. But maybe there is a reason for it? Like you supporting blatant violations of Humanitarian law and aggressively ramping up war rhetorics?
Germany is once again seeking a seat on the Security Council for the 2027/28 term. We are doing so with a clear sense of responsibility. We stand ready to continue to contribute to conflict prevention, mediation and humanitarian action – not alone, but together with our partners.

If you wonder why Zelensky bothered with the reburial and glorification of Andrii Melnyk, the leader of the more Nazi‑collaborationist wing of the OUN, to the right of Bandera's wing – a seemingly unnecessary symbolic move, predictably harmful for Ukraine’s fading international sympathies and already provoking scandal with Poland and Israel – here's the answer. When the majority does not want to fight, you have to sustain the mobilized minority, who must be constantly reassured that they are fighting not just for this corrupt government. Delivering something substantial on integration into EU and other Western transnational structures is much harder, often impossible, and cuts against powerful vested interests in Ukraine, as the permanent conflicts around IMF and EU requirements show. Delivering to ethnonationalists and the far right is much easier: glorify collaborationists, eradicate everything Russian and Soviet from public space, rewrite history, rename streets, dismantle the remaining monuments. This does not necessarily respond to direct pressure or concrete demands. In a situation where the majority will not fight even for higher pay (this is not Russia), there is a need to reassure – and to keep raising the stakes for – those who are ready to fight that their sacrifices are not in vain, but for “the Ukraine of their dreams.”

🇩🇪🇷🇺🇺🇦On a widely watched TV talk show on ZDF, Germany’s second public television channel, a highly-respected retired brigadier general who was Military Policy Adviser to former Chancellor Angela Merkel from 2006-2013, Erich Vad, finally gave voice to what many Germans have been scared to say out loud. 🛩️“The Russians have determined that German companies are also involved in the drones (being used by Ukraine against Russia – ed.),” Vad explained. “They have already mentioned names. Munich, for example, is a hotspot of the arms industry, and the Russians have said that it is now part of their target planning.”
🇩🇪🇷🇺☢️ Not all Germans want WW3 or are insane! On a widely watched TV talk show on ZDF, Germany’s second public television channel, a highly-respected retired brigadier general who was Military Policy Adviser to former Chancellor Angela Merkel from 2006-2013, Erich Vad, finally gave voice to what many Germans have been scared to say out loud. “Your rhetoric is driving us into a war!” he told CDU security expert Roderich Kiesewetter, a well-known war hawk. If the anti-Russian war mobilization of Germany by the Merz government continues; if they insist on bringing Ukraine into the EU on an expedited basis; and if Germany and other NATO countries keep producing and guiding the drones that are raining havoc on Russia, “You will have Russian missile strikes on our country!” Vad warned. Vad didn’t mince his words: “The day will come when they [the Russians] carry out retaliatory strikes against Europe, against Germany. First conventionally, and if necessary, they’ll go one level higher. Russia is the world’s strongest nuclear power. If we bring Ukraine into Europe, we will bring the war with Russia into Europe!” “The Russians have determined that German companies are also involved in the drones (being used by Ukraine against Russia – ed.),” Vad explained. “They have already mentioned names. Munich, for example, is a hotspot of the arms industry, and the Russians have said that it is now part of their target planning.” “The day will come when they carry out retaliatory strikes against Europe, against Germany. First conventionally, and if necessary, they’ll go one level higher. Russia is the world’s strongest nuclear power. If we bring Ukraine into Europe, we will bring the war with Russia into Europe!” 🇺🇦As Kiesewetter claimed that “Ukraine is protecting us right now,” Vad countered: “Mr. Kiesewetter, you would make an excellent Ukrainian defense minister. I do not want a war here in Germany! We are NATO’s staging area, NATO’s logistical hub. If there is a European war, it will be fought in our country. That is the great danger!” youtu.be/IdRw04CGpnU?si=l-3S…
