Donanemab is not recommended by NICE for cognitive impairment or dementia caused by Alzheimer's.

This has been a known issue for some time - see work of @JamesRuFletcher - that, as James described, corporate charities raise awareness for themselves by blaming a lack of awareness about dementia, which they also say is responsible for stigma.
